Take a breath and relax your body.

Loosen your jaw and relax the creases in your forehead.

Now get ready because today is the day it has to be done.

It didn't get done yesterday.

It can't wait until tomorrow or the next day.

Next week is too late and next month is out of the question.

So today is the day.

Take another breath and say,

Today is the day.

I will get it done.

It'll be finished and off my list.

By the end of the day it'll be complete.

Take another breath.

As you exhale slowly,

Nod and agree.

Today is the day.

Now go get it done.

I LOVED this! About 20 seconds in I started to laugh bevause I was saying exactly the words you were saying. you got to the part about speaking the commitment to do it. I hesitated. Didn’t want to lie 🤣 Then I said “Just come on God, let’s do it! ❤️🤣❤️
