Finish Easy

Have you heard the motto: Finish strong? Often applied to the end of a year, a task, or a race. We often give our all and push ourselves a bit harder. For this year, I challenge you to finish easy. To award yourself for rest and ease. To allow yourself to take a break and rejuvenate. What does finishing easy look like to you? Listen to this meditation and consider it.

In a world where predictivity is stressed, Where rest isn't prioritized, Challenge yourself to be still. To appreciate the quiet, The calm, The peace. Take this moment and consider for once after to find ease. For the rest of this year, Don't press yourself to finish strong. Instead, Finish easy. Close your eyes. Relax your muscles. Find stillness in your seat. Take a moment to consider what finishing easy looks like to you. The remainder of this year, Take along the ease into every day. Don't press yourself to do more. Appreciate less. Reward yourself for finding ease. Finish easy.
