Find comfort in your seat,

In your body,

In your mind.

Find peace in your thoughts,

In your memories,

In your pain.

Find love in your partner,

In your family,

In your heartbreak.

Find understanding in the known,

In the different,

In the indescribable.

Find courage in the leap,

In the step,

In the fear.

Take a deep breath.

As you exhale,

Close your eyes and find yourself within.

Breathe in.

Hold.

Breathe out.

Hold.

Again,

Breathe in.

Hold.

Breathe out.

Hold.

Continue breathing on your own until you've ventured within,

Finding yourself deep down.

Continue breathing in and out.

Your focus is on your breath,

Digging deeper within you.

Gently return your breathing to normal.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Hold your head up high and straighten your shoulders.
