Welcome to this yoga nidra practice.
Lay down on your back and nestle into your sacred space.
Allow your body to be held in any way that is comfortable for you today.
Breathe in a way that moves you into stillness.
Exhale out of the mouth a few times or perhaps a sound or a roar.
Allow your expression to announce your resolve to stay aware while your body rests deeply.
Close your eyes.
Turn your palms up with a little space from your body.
Align the legs naturally so the arches of your feet open like a novel.
And release everything now.
You are here.
The practice of yoga nidra begins now.
Be still in your outer movements and way find yourself into your heart.
Guide all of your attentiveness into the space behind your chest wall.
However you get there is perfect.
Simply emerge inside your heart.
Become the one who observes.
How does your heart feel?
Wave your breath into the sacredness of your existence.
The womb of your heart.
You are held and you are free.
The place of non-judgment.
The space of wisdom.
Can you see a sparkle?
Feel a warmth of light.
The presence of this light illuminates a blessing.
Metta.
Loving kindness.
Allow the elevation of gratitude to lift you to a sheer presence.
Can you open to the timelessness of presence?
Open for the whisper of a sacred vow.
A sankalpa.
It's the feeling of an affirmation deep within you.
The essence emerges from the womb of your heart and manifests in words as I am or I embody.
I am love.
I embody peace.
However your sankalpa arises is for you.
Repeat your vow to yourself.
Feel it in your whole heart.
Your whole body.
And beyond the skin.
From your heart,
This essence transcends up to the space between your eyebrows.
The Chid Akash.
A portal of infinity.
You see the sparkle of light in the vast space.
It awakens consciousness now.
With your concentration,

The Chid Akash.
Feel the whole body all together.
Whole body awareness lit with the light of consciousness.
The whole constellation that is your body shows itself as the canvas in the universe.
A pulsation signals you to give way.
An effortless orchestration happening.
You surrender to the breath's natural flow.
It has found its equanimity as it is.
Your awareness widens enough to feel this rhythm deep within and connected to the whole.
The body is being breathed.
The energy is dancing.
The limit whistling.
This dance carries you into a river that is slowly flowing.
This water is warm and nourishing.
The flow is carrying you ever so gently to an opening and through a tunnel.
Notice what you see and feel.
It flows down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Spiraling down,
Down,
Down,
Into a sacred cave.
And you get out of the water to look around.
There is a lantern there lit to assist you and two spirit guides.
They may be animals or beings of unconditional love.
You are safe here.
You are protected and free to feel anything within the emotional realm.
There are three pools inside this cavern.
You go to the first pool and look in.
In the reflection,
You see something that evokes fear.
Allow emotions to emerge in the felt sense of fear.
Notice what you see.
What are you afraid of?
Feel it fully.
The water's essence transforms into faith,
Pure faith.
And you allow this leap into the water to also transmute this fear to a felt sense of faith.
How does faith feel within?
Fully submerged in faith.
And you rise out of the water.
Your heart carries you to the second pool,
The pool of judgment.
Who or what do you see in the reflection?
What other emotions are arising as you sense into judgment?
And the water alchemizes into compassion.
And as you go into the water,
Allow the feelings of compassion to come over you,
To infuse your whole being with compassion.
And you rise out of the water and your heart carries you over to the third pool.
This is the pool of forgiveness.
Who or what is in the reflection of the water?
Allow yourself to feel any emotions as they arrive.
Who or what do you need to forgive?
As you are ready,
Dive into this pool of forgiveness.
Allow the water's purity to bridge the emotions into a felt sense of forgiveness.
Relax and feel any other emotions that arise with this forgiveness.
And you step out of the water.
There is a waterfall over in the distance and the sunlight casting a spectrum of color,
A rainbow.
Your guides walk you over to the waterfall.
As you stand there in this full spectrum of color,
The rainbow encircles your whole being.
If there are any thoughts,
You may release them with the flow of the waterfall,
Emptying,
Fully letting the water rinse it all.
The radiant light beams on the crown of your head,
Between the ears,
The Chid Akash,
The portal of infinity.
This portal spirals you up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
And into the waters of your birthright.
The colors are crystalline,
Turquoise,
And luminous.
And you float in this buoyancy,
This freedom,
This radiance of the divine feminine energy.
