Welcome to this meditation.

Please find a comfortable seat sitting up where your spine can be tall.

Allow yourself to take this time for yourself.

Take a deep breath in and a big exhale out.

And then relax your body,

Close your eyes and become aware of this present moment.

Create an intention for yourself to stay aware.

Aware of the unknown.

To stay relaxed in the heart.

And that every time a thought arises that you can draw your attention back to the very present moment.

And immerse yourself in the nothingness.

This void,

This spacious awareness.

Every time the body has the urge to move.

Can you gently settle it back down.

Into the safety of just being.

Become so aware of the space between your ears.

Become aware of the space that is beyond your whole body.

Become aware of the space that is in your heart.

And feel into the energy of the heart.

Keep relaxing.

And place more attention on this infinite nothingness.

This pure consciousness.

Allow yourself to step into the unknown.

Has no fear.

Place more attention onto that than yourself.

Keep relaxing into the heart.

Feel the energy of the heart.

Trust this heart.

Trust this unknown.

Keep bringing yourself back to the present moment.

Allow yourself to open to this.

Training your mind.

Training your body.

To be still.

To open to possibility.

Where all possibility exists in this moment.

Getting comfortable in the unknown.

Feel into the energy of the heart.

And relax in the heart.

Focus your breath on the heart.

Feel your brain relax.

Immersing yourself.

Focusing right here.

In the spacious awareness of the unknown.

Mastering your mind.

The creator of your own life.

Stay here in this generous present moment.

The space where all possibility exists.

As you place more attention.

In this unlimited expansive void.

Keep feeling the energy of the heart.

Relax the body.

Trust in the unknown.

Trusting your heart.

In this moment of now.

Staying present with this feeling.

Pure awareness.
