Settle your body so that your feet are comfortably resting on the ground.

Together taking three big deep breaths.

Inhaling fresh,

Clean,

Energizing oxygen and exhaling fully,

Maybe with a sigh out the mouth.

Bringing that fresh air,

Fresh oxygen in and allowing your breath to fully move out.

And taking that last breath to just feel your shoulders soften with that third exhale.

To feel the weight of your body supported by the chair you're sitting in.

To feel your feet firmly on the ground beneath you.

Allowing you to feel the weight of your body supported by the earth beneath you.

Sustained by that breath that moves throughout your body.

Feeling your body,

Feeling the weight of gravity holding you to the earth.

And then beginning to imagine or sense beautiful roots growing from your pelvis,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Your feet down into the earth.

These are your grounding roots.

They keep you connected,

They keep you supported and they sustain you.

Imagine these roots growing deep into the earth beneath you.

Drawing support from the planet,

From the trees,

The air,

The sun.

Allow yourself to feel connected,

To feel grounded in this way.

And then bring your breath,

Bring your focus into the center of your body wherever the center is today.

Perhaps your stomach,

Your heart or somewhere else.

And bring your breath,

Your focus to the center of your body.

Bring your mind's eye there.

Bring your focus.

And then bring all of the other parts of you into your center as well.

Bringing your breath,

Bringing your mind,

Bringing your emotions,

Your feelings,

Your thoughts,

Your thinking,

Your energy,

Your spirit.

And go of the to-do list.

Placing pause on anything else.

And just bringing all these parts of you into the center of your body.

Using your breath to help you.

Getting into the center of your body,

Feeling that part of you moving and feeling all of these different parts of you connecting together.

Just pause here for a few breaths to feel grounded in this moment,

To feel centered in your body today.

Releasing what this feels like for you today.

Breathing into this space that you've created.

And with this clarity,

This spaciousness,

This focus that you've cultivated,

Begin to set your intention for the next moment that you'll be stepping into.

Maybe it's a word,

Maybe it's a feeling,

Maybe it's long,

Beautiful breaths.

Whatever your intention is,

Call that to mind.

Bring your focus there and feel that intention in your body.

See yourself stepping into that next moment with that intention as your guiding force.

Breathing into that intention for another few moments.

Taking your time to feel that in your body.

And then very softly and very gently bringing your focus back to the weight of your body.

Back to the chair and the ground beneath you.

Back to gravity.

Coming back to your body,

Feeling energized,

Feeling focused,

Feeling clear on your intention for this next moment.

And when you feel ready,

Bringing small movement back into your body with breath,

With awareness.

And then moving throughout the rest of your day with this intention as your guiding force.

Realizing that you are centered,

You are grounded,

You are enough,

You are whole.

I loved this meditation. The end was abrupt. A few seconds of the music would've been better. But still thank you for this meditation.
