Let's take a quick break.

Closing the eyes.

Adjusting yourself into a more comfortable position.

Take a deep breath in.

And out.

Focus on your breath.

In.

And out.

Continue on your own for a little bit.

If your attention begins to wander,

Bring it back to the breath.

You are in control.

Now begin to wiggle your fingers.

And now your toes.

Coming back gentle and slow.

And when you feel ready,

Open your eyes.

Love the bird sounds! Simple relaxation. The ‘thank you’ is a little abrupt, but overall i really like this.

Very nice short meditation! Just unplug from everything for a short while. The background sounds build a very calm and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. I like your and calm voice, too. Thank you for sharing 🙏😊

great, short meditation on presence. the ambient sounds in the background are quite relaxing and the guides voice is very calming. would recommend if you need a break from the demands of your day.
