A reminder to choose love.
Welcome everyone.
Let's begin by taking three deep breaths to settle in to the moment.
Taking a deep breath in.
And out.
In.
And out.
Last one.
In.
And out.
Returning your breath to its natural pace.
And now placing both hands over your heart.
Let's begin to feel into the heart space.
You can start by feeling the physical sensation of your heart beating.
And from there move on to feeling the peace,
The love,
The true happiness that lives within you.
It always has and always will.
And with your hands still placed over your heart,
Let's recite the following affirmations.
I choose to lead with my loving heart instead of my thinking mind.
I choose to be compassionate towards myself and all other living beings.
I choose love.
I choose to lead with my loving heart instead of my thinking mind.
I choose to be compassionate with myself and all other living beings.

Begin to visualize what choosing love will look like for you today.
How will you treat yourself?

And how will you interact with the world around you?
What will you do?
What will you say?
And how will choosing love benefit you as well as others?
Visualizing how this will impact your day,
Your life,
The lives of those around you.
Feel it inside,
The shift when you decide to choose love.
And now imagine a bright light coming out from your heart space.
A bright light that you could send out to spread your love.
Begin to visualize it touching the hearts of those closest to you.
Friends,
Family members,
Send your bright light of love to them.
And begin to grow it from there.
Sending it out to more and more people.
Neighbors,
Coworkers,
People you see at the grocery store.
On and on,
Just continue expanding on who you're sending this love out to.
And expand it to sending love to animals and plant life.
Sending all this love,
This unlimited light of love coming from your heart space.
Send it all over the world.
Allow your light to touch all living beings.
From your heart to all of theirs.
Beautiful.
So beautiful.
Now bringing your hands back over the heart space if you've removed them.
Focusing back on your individual heart.
And notice any shifts,
Any changes.
Do you feel more at peace,
More in love,
More happy?
Notice anything big or small that has changed throughout this meditation.
Wonderful.
And now begin to come back to the room that you are in.
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Swaying your body side to side,
Gently coming back.
And when you are ready,
Opening your eyes,
Coming completely back,
Prepare to choose love.
