A reminder to choose love.

Let's settle into the moment by taking three deep breaths.

In through the nose.

And out through the mouth.

In through the nose.

And out through the mouth.

In through the nose.

And out through the mouth.

And out through the mouth.

Now,

Placing both hands over your heart,

You can recite these words or just listen and absorb them.

I choose to lead with my loving heart instead of my thinking mind.

I choose to be compassionate with myself and all other living beings.
