Gently flutter your eyes closed and take a nice deep breath in.
Feel the stress from the day start to melt away as you draw your attention to your breath.
Notice how your body immediately relaxes as you focus on breathing in and breathing out.
Let thoughts come into your mind with ease and let them slowly drift out as you bring your attention back to your breath.
Feel your chest expand as you breathe in and feel your chest construct as you breathe out.
Simply take notice of the sensations of your body as you breathe in and breathe out.
Let go of all that has been and all the things you have left to do and just focus on this present moment,
This beautiful moment that you've carved out for yourself.
Gently place a hand over your heart,
Feeling your chest rise as you breathe in and your chest fall as you breathe out.
And take a moment to thank yourself for being here today,
For choosing you in this moment.
Feel your body relax as any remaining tension melts away.
Feel your mind at ease as you no longer hold on to thoughts that worry you.
Feel your soul take a beautiful exhale as you let yourself relax.
