We are going through a global health crisis that is affecting almost every person on the planet in some way. In this meditation, we are guided through a series of practices designed to help us approach a crisis with equanimity, and then to build resilience by focusing on positive emotions. We end with a compassion practice to help us focus on wishing ourselves and others to be well, safe, happy, and at peace.
