Happiness Mantra For Your Kids

It's something that means something positive, Something nice, Something that's helpful. So today, Our mantra is Loka Samasta Sukino Bhavantu. Let's try it together. Ready? Loka Samasta Sukino Bhavantu That's right. Let's try to say it all together. Repeat after us. Ready? Loka Samasta Sukino Bhavantu Now, Before we begin to meditate, Let's discuss what this means. This phrase means, May all beings everywhere be happy and free. And may my thoughts and my words and the things I do, My actions, Help contribute to the happiness and freedom of all people, All beings, All living things everywhere. What do you think, Lillia? Is that a good thing? Yeah. I think so too. It's nice if everyone can feel happy and free. And if we can help others to feel happy and free, That makes us feel happy and free. So, Let's sit for a few moments and think about these ideas. And maybe even repeat that mantra out loud or silently. And we'll meet in just a few moments together. Let's find a comfortable position.
