Find a comfortable seat.
And then close the eyes.

Find a comfortable position and close the eyes.
Begin to relax the body.
Relax the shoulders.
Relax the arms.
Relax the legs.
Try to relax everything.
Let's take a deep inhale together.
And exhale,
Let the breath go.
Let's do that again.
Deep inhale.
And exhale.
One last time,
Inhale.
And exhale.
When we focus on the breath,
This begins to quiet the mind.
And this makes the mind relaxed.
When the mind is quiet and relaxed,
We can start the day in a very calm way.
Now for the next few moments.
Focus on the breath.
As you inhale,
Recognize the inhale.
As you exhale,
Recognize the exhale.
And exhale.
And exhale.
Start to bring your focus back.
And come back to the present moment.
Notice the quality of the breath.
Notice the quality of the mind.
