Take a deep inhale together and exhale,
Let it go.
For the next few moments,
As best as you can,
Relax the body and try to remain still.
As the mind begins to wander from thought to thought,
Imagine the landscape of the mind as a perfect blue sky.
And each thought,
Simply a cloud,
Passing through the landscape of the mind.
As the mind begins to wander from thought to thought,
Imagine the landscape of the mind as a perfect blue sky.
As the mind begins to wander from thought to thought,
Imagine the landscape of the mind as a perfect blue sky.

Now begin to bring your awareness back to the physical body.

Exhale,
Let it go.
Gently blink the eyes open.
And notice the quality of the mind.
Now throughout the day,
If the mind begins to wander,
Mentally come back to this meditation.
Come back to the idea that the mind can be a perfect blue sky.
And each thought,
Simply a cloud,
Passing through the landscape of the mind.
