Let this moment hold you in that way.

Take a moment to notice your breath.

Feel your body.

Feel the space within your body and around your body.

Inviting your breath to fill the space.

You can face anything.

You are courageous in your own way.

You are supported and unique.

Let yourself be guided.

There is nothing standing in your way.

With each breath you take,

Invite it to the journey of your life.

Trust it.

Trust yourself.

It unfolds.

It is unfolding in the timing of the divine.

So take another deep breath.

Feel your connection to the earth and the space around you.

That you're ready for whatever it brings.

So now be at peace with yourself and your life.

Remembering each breath is a gift.

Each moment full of light.
