This meditation is inspired by the upcoming Blue Moon.
However,
You are welcome to join at any time to embrace what a rare and magical find you are.
Begin by finding a comfortable position.
Allow your body to settle naturally.
Bring awareness to your breath,
Not changing it,
Just noticing it.
Follow the quiet rhythm of your inhale and exhale.
Now bring to mind the phrase,
Once in a blue moon.
Blue Moon.
You may have heard it before.
It signifies something rare that doesn't happen very often.
Something special.
I want to invite you to consider this.
What if that same rarity exists within you?
Not something you'd like to become,
But something you already are.
You don't need to prove your uniqueness.
You definitely don't need to earn it.
Just like the blue moon appears not by force,
But by timing and alignment.
There is something magical within you that is already unfolding in its own way.
Take a moment to feel that,
Even if it's subtle.
Gently ask yourself,
What is quietly calling me forward today?
Not what you think you should want,
But what feels true.
It may come as a feeling,
A word or an image,
Or perhaps nothing just yet.
Stay open.
Imagine that part of you,
Your dream,
Your desire,
Or your inner knowing,
Like a soft light within your heart.
It is not demanding or pushing you forward.
It's simply present,
Waiting.
And with each breath,
That light becomes a little steadier.
Not necessarily brighter or bigger,
Just more certain.
You don't need to rush it.
Like the blue moon,
It arrives in its own unique time.
Now gently saying to yourself,
I trust what is unfolding within me.
And again,
I trust what is unfolding within me.
Allow those words to sink in,
And notice what shifts in your body.
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
Feel into this truth.
You are not here to follow a path that looks like everyone else's.
You do not need to rush your timing.
There is something within you that is rare and meaningful,
And that is meant to be expressed in your own unique way.
Take one more deep breath in.
Take one more deep breath out,
And exhale fully.
When you feel complete,
Open your eyes.
Please remember,
Sensitive soul,
You do not need to become something extraordinary,
Because you already are.
