Welcome to this guided meditation.

Let's embark on a journey within.

Find a comfortable position and close your eyes,

Taking a deep breath in.

Feel the cool air entering your body.

As you exhale,

Imagine the warm air carrying away any tension or worries.

Breathing into your belly,

Feeling it expand with each breath.

Breathing through your nose into your belly,

Feeling it deepen and expand with each breath.

Now let's dive deep into ourselves.

Picture a wave of relaxation moving through your upper body,

Releasing tightness and stress.

With each breath,

Let this wave flow from your head to the tips of your toes.

Allow the wave to wash down your legs,

Through your toes,

Soles and the tip of your toes.

Envision a beautiful beam of sunlight washing over you,

Warming your body and illuminating every cell with radiant glow.

Continuing to breathe deeply in and out through your nose,

Expanding your belly with each breath.

Letting this light guide you deeper into your essence,

Connecting you with your spirit,

With your intuition,

With the One Source.

Imagine this light transforming into a golden ray of infinite love.

Feel it dissolve your mind.

Feel it dissolve your identity,

Connecting you with the world around you.

Feel the air,

The sounds,

The people,

The love and oneness that is the highest truth.

Expanding through your breath,

In through the nose,

Opening your belly,

Your diaphragm,

Your lungs,

Washing over you on each exhale.

Now,

As a child would,

Imagine this light sending out a golden energy to your favorite people,

Family and friends.

See them bathed in your golden light,

Receiving love,

Healing and awakening.

Breathe out this golden energy to them and in return,

Receive the love a hundred times stronger.

Breathing in through the nose,

Exhaling,

Washing away any tensions or worries.

Ask yourself for guidance.

What is in my highest good for today?

Listen to the answer that emerges from within.

Trust your inner wisdom.

Take a deep breath.

Now,

Let's extend this love and divine energy to the planet.

Send it to your communities,

To those in need of healing,

Those in fear and pain,

To those that you will touch and connect with today.

Witness them imbued with golden energy,

Coming back to life,

Awakening and healing.

Continue to breathe deeply,

Expanding your belly,

Opening your solar plexus,

Exhaling,

Washing away any thoughts or worries.

Remember,

You are the golden energy,

The divine awareness in all things.

Dissolve your mind and identity in this golden ray of infinite love,

Feeling at one with the world,

The air,

Sounds,

People,

Love and oneness that is the highest truth.

Gently breathe and expand even farther,

Returning to a state of perfect oneness and stillness,

Letting go of anything that may still hold on,

Exhaling and letting it wash over you.

No need to control or change anything.

Take a final deep breath,

Returning fully to your body,

Thanking yourself for this journey and for trusting your inner guidance.

Continue to breathe rhythmically,

In and out.

Stay in this peaceful state,

Nurturing this calmness throughout the day.

Slowly open your eyes,
