Welcome to this meditation recording.

I want to invite you to arrive in the position that most suits you with a straight spine.

Joining me for a breath in.

Expanding at the top,

Breath out.

Let's make these deep belly breaths.

Breathing in.

Expanding at the top,

Breathing out.

Make this the biggest breath yet today.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Bring your hands into your lap or onto your knees.

And deepen your breathing.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Sense your energy field.

Connect with it through your breath.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Connect with the space that is your heart.

And sense and expand on the sense of gratitude.

Gratitude for those people who matter in your life.

Gratitude for where you are in service to life.

Gratitude for when you connect.

For when you listen.

For when you surrender.

Breathe in deeply.

Expand that state of heart.

Breathe in.

And now become aware how much this heart,

This sunshine-like energy,

Informed from your grounding chakras and your solar plexus,

Into the beaming power of the sun.

From this heart of yours,

Explore how much it wants to share with the world.

How proud,

How strong,

How courageous,

How truthful,

How genuine it wants to connect with the world.

And maybe you're becoming aware of the power,

The potentiality,

And the essential,

Where the heart feels at right now.

Maybe there's blocking stories,

Maybe there's clouded energy,

Maybe there's like almost a fog in the aura field of the heart.

Or maybe there's simply more possible.

And so I invite you into the question,

Where in your life are you still lying to yourself?

Where in your life are you still lying to yourself?

And explore this question,

Where is a simple lie,

Like trying to be nice in the moment,

Connecting with your reality,

While actually maybe having a different boundary and needing to set it.

Or beyond trying to please everyone,

Maybe you have a moment in your life where you have certain habits that you already know hold you back.

You already know I'm in the way of a greater version of you,

A more courageous heart,

A more empowered being.

So simply become aware of where you're still lying to yourself.

Become aware of how this feels,

Because layers of shame,

Guilt,

And fear are no longer welcomed here.

Where you're still lying to yourself,

You have the unique possibility to arrive in alignment and attunement to the listening of your soul.

And so as we're leaving behind what no longer holds us,

I ask you to step into the truth that is now possible,

The truth that you already know is meant for you.

Maybe you have new habits that are awaiting you.

May that be a time where you are in full expression of your body,

Your energy,

Your truth.

Feel it to that lived experience of potential,

Choosing deliberately where in life you excel by making it a discipline of self-love.

Repetition and the breath are your friend on the journey.

Breathing in deeply,

Breathing out,

Breathing into your belly,

Expanding the breath,

Breathing out.

Finding your rhythm here,

Breathing in deeply,

Breathing all the air out.

Making space for the new by recycling all the air.

Focus on your next out breath.

After the expansion at the top of the in breath,

Breathe out all the air from your lungs,

From your heart and gut space,

Out all the way,

Closing your diaphragm.

And now breathe in,

Open your belly,

Feel the air rise into your lungs and your crown chakra,

And breathe out.

Slow and down your breath,

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Bringing your hands together at heart center,

Palms facing each other,

Fingers pointing towards the sky,

Aligning your position,

Tucking your chin slightly,

Connecting the tongue to the top of the mouth.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

From this meditation I learned that repetition & the breath are my friends and that I have the power to decide that anger, shame & guilt are not welcomed in this body.
