This 9-minute guided practice is a gentle return to yourself—a moment to soften, breathe, and remember your inherent worth. With one hand on your heart and one on your belly, you’re invited to let go of striving and settle into the quiet truth that you are already enough. Through soft affirmations and spacious pauses, this meditation helps you release the weight of “not enough,” reconnect with your body, and rest in radical self-compassion. A grounding practice for moments when you need to feel held, whole, and worthy—just as you are.

Welcome to this self-love meditation.

This is a space for you to come back to yourself.

To choose self-love.

To soften.

To reconnect with the one person you will be with your entire life.

You.

So first,

Find a comfortable position and let your body settle.

Let your breath begin to guide you back home.

Fully aware,

Fully observing of how your body feels right now.

How your breath moves your body right now.

Inhaling slowly through the nose.

Exhaling gently through the mouth.

Letting your belly soften.

Letting your jaw release.

So you can breathe slower and deeper.

Inhaling through the nose.

Exhaling through the mouth.

Letting your shoulders relax.

And lengthening your spine gently.

There's nothing to prove right now.

There's nothing to fix right now.

All there is,

Is you with you in this moment.

Now bring one hand to your chest and the other hand to your belly.

As you inhale through your nose,

Feel your breath move beneath your hands.

Feel your body.

It has carried you through so much.

And still here you are.

Take a moment to feel that.

The quiet strength of your heartbeat.

The steadiness of your breath.

Now gently repeat to yourself.

I am enough.

I am worthy of love.

I am worthy of it all.

Let those words move through you.

Not just in your mind,

But into your body.

Into your breath.

As you inhale through the nose.

I am enough.

As you exhale out through the mouth.

I am worthy.

And even if it doesn't feel true yet.

Even if it's new or unfamiliar.

Try it on.

Like a soft cloak.

Like a whisper from the deepest part of you.

There's nothing to prove here.

You don't need to earn your worth.

It was never lost in the first place.

It might have been forgotten or buried under layers of noise and striving.

But you have nothing to prove right here,

Right now.

With every breath return to your center.

I am enough.

I am worthy of love.

I am worthy of it all.

Breathing into that.

Exhaling,

Maybe sighing it out.

Breathing into that.

Exhaling through the mouth.

Letting it move through your system.

As you inhale through the nose.

As you exhale through the mouth.

And now,

See if you can make contact with that unique feeling.

That it means to be you in this world.

Not a mental idea.

Not an identity you have to construct or create.

But the unique essence and feeling that it means to be you.

That only you have access to.

Can you make contact with that?

Simply relaxing into that feeling.

Letting go of the mantras.

Letting go of the repetition.

Simply resting in the gentle truth of your own enoughness.

Together we take one final deep breath in.

And we exhale slowly together.

Bring your heart.

Bring your hands to your heart.

And gently bow to yourself.

Because you showed up.

You softened.

You remembered.

And that is more than enough.

Thank you.

Namaste.
