Welcome to today's meditation on releasing stagnant energy or trauma from our mental,
Energetic and fascia body.
First of all,
Make sure you sit or lay in a comfortable position so that your spine can be straight.
And then make sure to arrive in your own breath,
Breathing in together,
Expanding the breath at the top and breathing out.
Breathing in together,
Embrace the breath and breathe out.
One last time,
Breathe in into your belly.
A little more.
Hold and expand.
And let go.
Now find your own rhythm of breath,
Breathing in through the nose,
Breathing out through the nose.
Letting each inhale and exhale be about the same time and length.
Today's mantra is in English and goes like this.
Healthy am I,
Happy am I,
Holy am I.
So you can use this mantra to focus your thoughts on one single point.
Healthy am I,
Happy am I,
Holy am I.
You can silently repeat this mantra as you focus on your breath,
As you're letting anything else become irrelevant for the exercise of this meditation practice.
Healthy am I,
Happy am I,
Holy am I.
Healthy am I,
Happy am I,
Holy am I.
And now let your focus drift away from the mantra and connect with your energy body.
Connect with a field of energy that is you,
Starting at the heart center,
Emanating outward through the lower chakras and through the upper chakras,
Expanding from the heart into a toroidal field all around you.
Creating the space,
The energy and the signature that is you.
Connect to that field.
Allow yourself to connect and attune to the 35 trillion cells community that is you.
Emanating at an unmistakable,
Unique frequency that makes up your energy body,
Your electromagnetic signal that you give into the world.
And as we're becoming aware of our own frequency,
Our own energy,
Let's look at the energies that we've been bringing with us from moments long gone on our timeline.
Feel into what is stagnant,
Feel into what pains or bothers you.
Allow yourself to use this meditation to truly connect with a memory,
A vision or some stored stagnation in your body.
Look at it right now.
Let those thoughts show up and stay connected to them.
We'll be creating a safe space of deeply,
Deeply removing some of the obstacles that have been holding you back.
Whatever pops into your mind,
Whatever image,
Memory,
Person or occurrence in your life,
Stay with it and simply let it get stronger.
What is the feeling?
Pain,
Hurt,
Jealousy,
Anger,
Aggression,
Discouragement,
Fear.
Look at it and let it get stronger.
Embrace the feeling.
And now that you have a moment and a feeling,
Where in your body are you experiencing this sensation right now?
Down from the mental place and the mental realm into your body,
Where in your body are you experiencing this stagnation,
This energy of density?
Is it in your root or your sacral chakra,
Your solar plexus,
Like a tense feeling in your stomach?
Is it in your heart or upper back?
Is it in your shoulders,
Neck and throat,
Like something that wants to come out but can't?
Where in your body are you feeling this sensation of stagnation?
Now that you've got it,
Stay connected to it for one more minute,
Feel it build and become stronger.
The more you commit,
The more you will release.
Feel it a little more.
It's okay,
You got this.
30 more seconds,
Allow it to grow to maximum feeling intensity.
You got this,
10 more seconds.
The more you commit,
The more you will get out of this.
And now with your next in-breath,
Allow the feeling to explode into white and golden light.
Golden white light shower over the spot in your body where you felt the tension,
Washing away,
Cleansing out and rearranging that space.
Moving through the stagnation,
Keep breathing.
Allow your breath to expand this white light in the body,
In the space you felt the pain before.
Removing any and all tension,
Permanently,
Right now.
Breathe in and bring your hands to your heart,
Palms facing together.
Breathe out,
Keep the hands at the heart,
Breathe in.
Bring in your angels,
Your guides,
Your guardians,
The energies you pray to and ask for assistance to permanently remove anything that has been holding you back.
You see the white and golden light now permeate your entire aura,
Your entire energetic field,
From the bottom of your spine through your heart center to the top of your head,
Permeating in a circular,
Torodial field around you.
Take deep breaths,
Have your hands connected on your heart.
Connect the tongue to the top of your mouth.
And have a slight smile on your face,
Connecting back to our mantra in silence.
