Welcome to Day 21 of Insight Timer's Reset & Refresh Challenge. Today's session with Stuart emphasizes the importance of trust in manifestation. Trust and openness are integral to bringing your dreams to life. Why? Because as soon as you experience doubt and fear, your energy becomes misaligned with the pure creative process. You are no longer a match for what you desire. So, ground yourself in faith and trust that your manifestation will come to fruition.

Welcome to Day 21 of Insight Timer's Reset and Refresh Challenge.

Your call to break free from the ordinary,

Let go of what's been holding you back,

And step into your life with a fresh perspective.

Let's jump in to today's session.

Well done,

You've made it.

It's our final day together.

And today's all about trust.

Trusting this manifestation process wholeheartedly.

Know that your dreams are possible,

And believe in the intelligence of the collective consciousness.

Surrender expectations of outcomes,

Let go of control.

Your true power in this process is committing to feeling good,

Gratitude,

And cultivating love,

Peace and joy within you every day.

This can be tricky,

Because often we doubt,

Or we have fear.

And as soon as you experience doubt or fear,

You can fall out of alignment with the pure creative manifestation process.

I often think of doubt as the doubt vacuum that swoops in to suck away your dreams.

Or perhaps you get impatient,

Which is just another form of fear.

Fear of not getting what you want.

In next week's sessions,

You'll be joined by Justin Michael Williams,

Who will help you leverage your manifestations and turn them into tangible change in your life.

But for today,

For our final session together,

I'd like you to embody trust.

Ground yourself in faith,

And know that your manifestation will deliver.

To help build this faith,

Ask the collective consciousness to show you a sign that you're on the right track.

Ask with gratitude.

You'll be amazed how well this works.

Just say,

Thank you collective consciousness for showing me a sign so I know I'm on the right track.

Now be open to this,

Take a leap of faith today.

Your sign could be anything.

Let's say you pick a red balloon.

Then when you see a red balloon,

You know you're on the right track and your manifestation is near.

I know this can feel like a stretch,

But I want you to really trust.

Really believe.

Because as soon as doubt creeps in,

What happens?

Your energy shifts out of alignment.

So you're no longer a match for what you want.

So trust,

Trust,

Trust.

Right,

Let's get into our breath work practice.

So close your eyes to bring your attention inwards.

Let's take a nice relaxed breath here to settle in.

Breathing in through your nose,

Feel your belly rise.

Slow breath out through your mouth,

Relax your shoulders,

Your face,

Your jaw.

Good,

Let your whole body relax.

Now connecting to the grounded energy of earth.

So feeling roots going all the way down beneath you,

Beneath the surface.

Right the way down to the core of the earth.

From here,

Rub your hands together and you start to draw up that nice,

Grounded,

Creative energy from the earth up through your feet.

And feel your breath expand.

The base of your spine,

Your pubic bone,

Your hips,

Belly button,

Side ribs,

Midsection up into your chest.

Feel it there,

Feel your heartbeat.

And slow breath out through your mouth as you send this energy all the way back down to the centre of earth.

Good.

And again,

Breathing,

Pulling up that energy,

Drawing up that energy from earth.

All the way up.

All you this time,

Through your legs,

Through your trunk,

Into your heart space.

And breathe out.

Sending it back down.

So now I'd like you to drop from your head into your heart.

Just feel your heartbeat there,

Thanking your heart for beating.

Thanking your breath for breathing.

And thinking about something that you're grateful for right now.

A person,

A place,

Anything at all.

What are you grateful for right now?

Let's shift into this attitude of gratitude to start our practice.

And from this high vibrational state of gratitude,

Let's move into our infinity breath practice.

So breathe in through your nose,

Feel your belly rise.

Breathe out,

Relax,

Let go,

Surrender.

Then keep it flowing continuously without any pauses.

In.

Release.

In.

Release.

In.

Release.

Allow your energy to shift and open.

Your breath to expand on that in breath.

And release and surrender on the out breath.

Just keep it flowing.

You've got this.

In.

Let go.

Breathing in.

Letting go.

Good.

In.

In.

Open,

Expand,

Relax and let go.

Keep it going.

Keep that rhythm.

Allow your breath to amplify your energy.

Shift your state.

To align with your desire.

Let your breath connect you to your next level self.

Your highest potential.

Shedding off anything that you do not need.

Anything that is not in alignment.

Letting it go with every out breath.

And breathing in to amplify.

Uplift.

To transform.

You've got it.

Let's shift our energy using high vibrational sound,

A humming sound.

We're going to do two of these.

Deep breath in.

Make that nice clear humming sound.

And as you do you can shake out any tension or drum your hands and feet.

Whatever feels good.

Good.

And again.

Deep breath in.

When you run out of air,

Hold your breath.

Just being here in this moment.

Good.

Deep breath in.

Pause and hold.

Release.

And continue back into our infinity breath practice.

Keep it going.

Keep that rhythm.

In.

And out.

In.

Release.

In.

Release.

Good.

Keeping your heart open.

Your mind free.

Couple more.

We're going to do two more sounds.

Okay,

Deep breath in.

Clear humming sound.

Let's go.

When you run out of sound,

Hold your breath.

Good.

Deep breath in.

Hold your breath there.

And breathe out through your mouth.

Relax shoulders,

Face,

Jaw.

Let your whole body become heavy.

Now I'd like you to drop from your mind into your heart.

Feel your heartbeat.

Thanking your heart for being.

Thanking your breath for breathing.

Thanking all the cells and organs in this amazing body you have.

Feeling yourself full of gratitude.

Now take another breath in through your nose.

Feel your belly rise.

And as you breathe out,

I want you to transport yourself to your next level self.

Where are you?

Matching your thoughts and your feelings with this high vibrational state.

Bringing it to life as real as life itself.

What can you see?

What can you hear?

Can you feel the ground beneath you?

Now take a breath,

But breathe in as this high vibrational self staying in the vision.

Breathing in the air and this vision that you're creating right now.

And it's happening right now.

As real as life itself.

Be there now.

Feel into it.

You're there.

It's happening.

You've made it.

Stay with the vision.

If your mind wanders,

That's okay.

Just bring it back.

Bring it back to your breath.

Can you feel your heartbeat?

Now I want you to say some of the words that come to mind in this high vibrational state.

Connecting to your next level self.

The words that align you with your next level self.

I'm confident.

I'm kind.

I'm healthy.

I'm whole.

I trust.

I'm patient.

I'm strong.

I'm abundant.

I'm fun.

I'm empowered.

I'm confident in myself.

Now over to you.

Taking some time to say the words,

The affirmations that align you with this vision in your mind and this feeling in your body.

Let this lift you up.

Let it light you up.

And you are here.

You're here in your high vibrational self.

Your manifestation is happening right now in your mind.

So start to feel grateful.

So grateful that you're here right now in this moment.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Okay,

Another breath in.

And slow breath out as you release the vision.

And come back into your space.

Thank you so,

As a further practice for today,

It is so magical, I had a sign in my mind following your instructions. The next minute I just saw this sign in the middle of a garden in the city center - the only (poppy) flower blooming in the middle of all the trees and grass. Thank you for this upbringing and gentle episode. It gives me more strength and faith to face the upcoming challenge. ❤️❤️❤️
