This will help clear any fatigue and sharpen your focus,
So it's perfect for when you need a lift.
It's a two-part in-breath,
So breathe in through your nose,
Half-breath into your belly,
Half-breath into your chest,
And then fully out through your nose.

Let's flow into three rounds of 16 reps and we'll do two deep recovery breaths in between each round.
