Hello,

I'm Stuart Sanderman,

Your breathing coach.

Let's wake up your body and mind with a belly-chest exhale energising breath work practice.

This will help clear any fatigue and sharpen your focus,

So it's perfect for when you need a lift.

It's a two-part in-breath,

So breathe in through your nose,

Half-breath into your belly,

Half-breath into your chest,

And then fully out through your nose.

Good.

Now you've got the rhythm,

Let's flow into three rounds of 16 reps and we'll do two deep recovery breaths in between each round.

And remember,

If you feel dizzy or light-headed,

Just take a break,

Have a stretch if it feels good.
