This 10-minute guided meditation practice will help you to find your center, to anchor your awareness in your center, and to bring your creative power back to your center. It is helpful to consistently listen to this practice until it's in your memory bank so that you may practice it throughout your life to call yourself back "in." It is extremely effective to practice in the presence of your partner or children, if you have them, as these are relationships that often become "merged"-- this practice is a way of bringing your energy (and power) back to you.
