In this complete meditation practice we will work with the ‘Just Like Me’ contemplation meditation technique. We do this by bringing three different people to mind, someone who brings us joy and love, someone who is neutral and someone we are having difficulty with. We then go on to repeat some phrases to ourselves while maintaining this person in our awareness. This will help to implant these feelings of love and acceptance onto them and onto ourselves.
