Focusing on the Ajna chakra in the middle of the brain can make it easier for us to expand our awareness. During this meditation, first, we’re going to breathe in and out of that area, visualizing the anja chakra as a small blue orb in the centre of the brain and feeding it energy. We will then remain focused on the blue orb while chanting ‘om’ a number of times with the breath to elevate the awareness into the ajna chakra. We then sit in stillness bathing in the light & vibration of the ajna chakra.
