First,
We're going to breathe in and out of that area.
I think for most people,
The easiest way to visualize it is to imagine a small blue orb and put that orb right in the center of your brain.
Not between your eyebrows,
But if you went straight back and you were in the center of your head.
Close your eyes for a minute and just imagine that.
It can be any size that comes easily to you,
But color it blue and focus in on that point for a moment.
Then our first step is going to be to imagine you're feeding that little blue orb some energy.
The way we're going to do that is to imagine our breathing from right in front of that area in our body,
So about six inches in front of the spot between your eyebrows.
Just bring your awareness there.
It doesn't have to be exact.
Whatever your mind likes to do is fine.
As you inhale,
Imagine the breath is going right into that blue orb.
Imagine as the breath goes in,
That blue orb gets bluer or expands,
Whatever's easier for you or both.
As you exhale,
Follow the breath right back out to that point right in front of you.
Just spend a few minutes together doing that,
Breathing in.
The blue orb expands or gets bluer,
Gets fed by the breath and breathing out right to that point right in front of the eyebrows.
Your breath can be natural and you could just follow the breath in and out like that or your breath could be slightly deeper if that helps you focus on this technique.
Breathing,
Feeding your Ajna chakra and allowing yourself to enjoy and relax in the process.
Nothing else to do,
Just breathing in and out.
Breathing in and out.

The next time you inhale,
Let the focus remain on that blue orb right in the center of your brain.
Next we'll use some om's in the same way we use the breath to kind of elevate our awareness into that spot.
So as we om,
We're going to imagine that the vibration itself is expanding and maybe making that orb a little bluer.
And we're doing this so that our mind has an easier time hanging out in this area of awareness.
So I'm going to om and what I'd recommend is that you om with me.
And that om can be as loud or as quiet or even to yourself if that's better for you.
But for most people,
If you start with an external om,
It'll be easier.
We're going to do that for a little while and then we're going to use that same technique without omming externally.
So we're simply going to be quiet for a while and let the om feed that awareness and be relaxed and still in our meditation with that.
So I'll begin and just remember to let the vibrations of your om feed your awareness of your Ajna chakra.
