Okay,
So as you settle in,
Check in with your body.
Make sure your shoulders,
Hips,
Back are comfortable.
If you're upright,
You have a nice long spine,
But not putting in a lot of effort.
You want to be able to sit here for a little while.
Notice where your head is sitting.
And see if moving it back or forward are beneficial for your seated posture.
So we'll be homing for four minutes or so,
And then homing to ourselves quietly.
And when you hear me start homing again,
You can join in again.
You don't need to home exactly in my cadence.
You can think of it as a rolling home.
So whenever your home ends,
You can take a breath and start yours again.
Oh,
Slowly begin to deepen your breathing.
Allow the breath to merge your mind and body.
As you become ready,
Slowly begin to move your fingers and then your toes.
Let's bring our palms together in front of our hearts,
Bowing to your own heart.
Namaste.
