Happy New Now,
Welcome to your Sunday session.
Thank you for carving the time in your life to come back to yourself,
To remember your brilliance and to stay connected to the magic of life.
Today we're going to explore the energy within your body and resolve any resistance you have to moving forward,
To embodying your personal power and to living in clarity.
So as you turn within,
Turn within with the intention to fully surrender and to let go of completely what no longer serves so that you may embody who it is you're here to be,
So that you may live the life you truly want.
As you begin to focus inwards with your breath,
Breathing into your belly,
Give thanks because life is good.
Give thanks for every single experience you've had up to this moment,
For all of the blessings in your life that have led you to here.
Give thanks for every sunrise and every sunset,
For every friend and every challenging relationship.
Give thanks for all the elements,
For all the aspects of life and creation that have supported you to become who you are now and are guiding you to become who you were born to be.
May this practice and presence remind you of the true creator that you are,
The brilliant expression of life that is unique and perfect.
Feel that within you as you give thanks now.
Know that you are a blessing and that all is blessed now.
Breathing in through your nose,
Breathing out through your mouth,
Breathing in through your nose,
Breathing out through your mouth,
Breathing in through your nose,
Breathing out through your mouth,
Letting go of tension.
Breathing in through your nose,
Breathing out through your mouth,
Emptying completely.
Breathing in through your nose,
Pulling life and your energy back to you.
Exhaling through your mouth.
Breathing in through your nose,
Releasing any tension that you're holding onto.
Breathing in through your nose,
Grounding into your body.
Exhaling through your mouth,
Relaxing your shoulders and your stomach,
Hips and knees.
Breathing in through your nose,
Letting down your guard and exhaling through your mouth softening,
Feeling yourself safe and protected now.
Breathing in through your nose,
Inviting clarity to surface within.
Exhaling through your mouth.
Breathing in through your nose,
Breathing out through your mouth,
Softening and relaxing the body.
Breathing in through your mouth,
Exhaling through your mouth,
Breathing in through your mouth,
Exhaling through your nose,
Breathing in through your nose,
Exhaling through your nose,
Cleansing the mind,
Breathing in through your nose,
Pulling your energy back into you.
Exhaling through your nose,
Emptying all the way.
Breathing in through your nose,
Exhaling through your mouth,
Softening into source.
Breathing in through your mouth,
Exhaling through your mouth,
Breathing in through your mouth,
Cleansing your energy,
Exhaling through your nose,
Grounding down growing roots.
Breathing in through the nose deeply,
All the way.
Through your nose,
Exhaling with control,
Emptying your lungs completely.
Breathing in through your nose,
Feeling life blessing you now.
Giving thanks and exhaling through your mouth,
Softening,
Relaxing,
Letting down the guard.
Breathing in through your mouth,
Exhaling through your mouth,
Breathing in through your mouth,
Exhaling through your nose,
Breathing in through your nose,
Exhaling through your nose,
Breathing in your deepest breath of the day through your nose,
Pulling all the energy into the bottom of your belly overflowing into your chest,
Pausing at the top,
Exhaling through your mouth with control all the way,
Fully arriving now,
Feeling yourself in the center of your body,
Fully connected.
Be aware of every part of your body,
From your toes to your knees to your hips to your stomach to your chest,
Shoulders to your elbows to your fingers to your neck to your nose to your eyes to the top of your head.
Feel your body as though it's electricity.
Scanning your body for one area where the energy or the electricity is not flowing freely,
Noticing whatever area speaks up first,
And with your awareness begin to breathe gentle breaths down into that space,
Wherever it might be.
You can silently name part of your body or the organ and exhale softening into that space,
With your awareness breathing in again,
Coming a little closer to the energy center where the stuck or blocked energy is,
Exhaling softening into it,
Getting closer,
Breathing in and seeing a color where that energy blockages in your body,
Noticing the color and exhale,
Move a little closer with your awareness,
Breathing in again,
Moving closer to the color as though you're swimming towards a light,
And exhaling softening,
Coming a little closer,
Breathing now moving into the center of that color,
The center of that cell within your body where the blockage began.
As you arrive to the center,
Exhaling,
Fully arriving so that all you see around you is that color,
Breathing in and noticing that there's a feeling or an emotion within that cell,
Within that energy blockage.
Just allow that energy to surface,
Softening as you exhale into it,
Knowing that it's okay,
Breathing in again,
Just listening and feeling with your whole being,
Total compassion and love,
And exhale softening gently,
Sinking into the sensations of your body communicating with you.
As you breathe in,
Asking this area in your body what its message is,
What are the words that it is constantly repeating to you,
Listening and exhaling,
Noticing what you hear,
Breathing in again,
Asking where this untruth came from,
Where were these seeds planted,
What was the moment,
See it now,
Exhaling fully and completely,
Softening into the space,
Breathing in feeling yourself surrounded by a beautiful warm light,
As you hear the words,
Feel the energy that's stuck in your body and has been for a long time,
Exhaling,
Softening a little more,
Breathing in asking what belief does this energy carry,
Is causing me to feel blocked in life in some way.
Exhale a sigh of relief for finally hearing the voice,
Your body's wisdom,
And breathing in asking yourself does it serve me to hold on to this idea or belief any longer,
And exhale a sigh of relief again,
And breathing in asking for the wisdom,
What lesson can I take from this experience that will improve all my future moments,
My entire life,
And exhale soften and smile,
And breathing in again,
Asking yourself if you're ready to release this energy and all of the beliefs,
Experiences,
Patterns,
And habits that it has created for you in your life,
It has stopped you from living your potential,
And exhale fully,
And to circulate this old energy,
We'll practice the cowabunga breath,
So practice for as long as what feels right for you,
And if that energy doesn't feel restorative for you,
Then just stay with the breathing,
And begin whenever you're ready.
Posing at the top,
And allowing for the energy,
The new life,
The new light to ground itself into this space where the old energy has been removed.
Exhaling with control,
Breathing in again a slow,
Deep breath,
Filling the space that you have cleared,
And bringing pure light into your body,
Into your self,
Fill your cells energized,
Alive,
Feel yourself free,
Exhale,
Grounding,
Feel the space that you've created within yourself,
From this energized place of freedom,
What are you choosing to create now?
Take some time to breathe at your own rate,
To feel the power in your presence,
To create anything you choose,
And to envision and to embody the energy of that,
Now.
Breathe deeply into that area within yourself that you have brought healing energy to today.
Know that what you felt,
What you released,
Was a real experience.
Bringing your awareness back to the area within yourself,
Where you've brought healing intentions,
Have cleared the old energy that no longer serves.
And as you settle into that space,
Bring forth love and gratitude for the teachings that have come from your pain and challenge,
Trusting and knowing that life has guided you perfectly up to this moment,
And that life will continue to guide you.
Know that any and all blockages within you,
Any discomfort within your body,
Is the body's way of communicating with you.
So commit to taking time to listen to these deeper messages,
So you may clear the energy in the moment,
Or bring forth what is needed for healing and restoration,
So that you may be in your best state possible in all moments.
Allow for your healing to be easy and instant.
Resolve your resistance when it comes up,
So that you may be open and flowing with the magic of life that is always guiding your way.
Take some deep breaths now,
Pulling your energy and power into you,
Feeling the spaciousness within yourself.
Know that you can create this anytime.
This is a practice I encourage you to come back to often,
For it's only going to help you get lighter and clearer the more times you practice.
Honor and give thanks to all the teachers who may have caused you pain in your past.
Know that your pain can be a blessing for others as you learn to embody and live the wisdom from that experience.
Thank you so much for being courageous to live authentically in your truth and grounded in your presence,
So you may bring that energy forth into all your relations.
Affirm to yourself now how powerful you are.
Connect to the energy within you that is consciously creating the life you want.
Thank you for continually showing up for yourself,
For celebrating the moment,
This gift of life that we've been given.
May you go forth and be blessed and be a blessing to others.

Thank you! Really loved the drums in the background. I was unfamiliar with the breath you were talking about. Although it sounded doable. It would be helpful if you demonstrated once. I just did kundalini breath of fire. 👍🏻❤️
