Welcome to this sleep meditation.

Please get as comfortable as you possibly can and allow for these words and this music to guide you deeply into yourself so that you may have a deep,

Restful,

Restorative sleep.

When you wake up,

You'll feel charged with energy,

Grateful to be alive,

And feeling positive for the new day ahead.

So closing your eyes,

Leaving behind the world of this day,

And giving yourself permission to shut your body down,

To shut your mind down,

And to gently drift off into a deep space of relaxation and peace.

Begin to take some slow,

Deep breaths into the bottom of your belly.

And as you exhale,

Exhale a gentle sigh through your mouth,

Breathing in again like the waves of the ocean,

Feeling the belly rise where you lay,

And exhaling,

Letting go of any stress from the day.

Breathing in slowly and gently,

Feeding your body this oxygen,

And through your mouth,

Exhaling,

Letting go of the to-do's that did not get done.

Breathing in,

Gathering up any thoughts of regret,

And allowing for those thoughts to be placed in a box beside your bed.

See the box is any color,

And exhale,

Letting those go.

Breathing in,

Gathering up any of the future to-do's,

Pulling those from your mind as well,

And placing them beside your bed in that box.

You can pick them up tomorrow.

Breathing in,

Inviting calmness and serenity to fill your body,

And exhale any of the tension you feel in your body now.

Breathing in,

Expressing gratitude for this day that you've lived today,

For all of the moments that you experienced,

And for all of the lessons you learned.

Give thanks for the abundance that does bless your life,

For how truly loved you are,

And if ever you doubt it,

Feel your breath.

Feel life breathing into you,

And soften everything.

Breathing in,

Relaxing as you exhale,

Fully and completely letting go of your day.

Calling in to any fears that you're experiencing now.

Uprooting those fears and letting them go as you relax your whole body.

Calling in,

Protection for this evening's dream time journey.

As you breathe,

Seeing a glowing worm of light coming towards you,

And feel a radiant warmth as the light comes closer and closer,

Stopping directly in front of you.

And in front of you,

As the light begins to take form,

As a spirit guide to watch over you tonight.

See who or what that spirit guide is,

And smile that inner smile,

Knowing that you're protected as you fall asleep.

Give yourself permission to rest now.

Feel that orb of light now surrounding your whole body,

Warming you all the way into the core.

Feel that light beginning to enter in and flow through your body,

Causing a deep sense of peace.

Feeling your head tingling as the energy warms all the way down your neck,

Warming the front of your throat,

And feeling it flow gently down to your shoulders.

Noticing your body relax with everywhere this warm golden light touches.

As you gently breathe in,

Feel the light softening any of the tension that you had in your shoulders,

Dissolving it.

Feel yourself melting into your bed.

Breathing in,

Allowing for the energy to move down your chest,

Cleansing and purifying the energy around your heart so that you soften even more,

So that you feel even more thankful for this moment.

Breathing in,

Feeling that warm light flowing down your arms,

And your arms become heavy.

And that warmth moves down through your wrists and into your fingers.

Feel the heaviness in your arms as your body deeply relaxes.

Feel that warmth spreading down your spine into your stomach.

And as you gently breathe in,

Feel the space being created as your stomach muscles relax,

You fully let go of everything.

Gently breathing in,

Exploring the space that you're creating as your body softens.

And feeling the light expand down into your hips and every cell it touches lights up with an energy of peacefulness and gratitude.

And allow for that energy to spread down your legs.

Feel all of the muscles surrendering into your bed as your body becomes heavy and sleepy.

And feeling the light spread all the way down into your ankles and your feet as your toes relax and your ankles relax and every single part of your body sinks deeper and deeper into your bed as though it were a cloud that you were floating on.

Leaving behind all of your fears or worries.

Smiling that inner smile and feeling what it feels like to be fully supported by life now.

Breathing and softening.

Saying thanks for another day.

Ask your mind and hearts to show you the love that is inside you.

The love that is around you.

Feel that love.

That gratitude.

That energy.

Feel your mind direct your thoughts.

To move through your whole body.

Inviting your spirit guide to show you through the dream time any lessons that are in your highest good to learn tonight while allowing your body to restore completely to wholeness.

Anything that holds on.

Give it permission to let go.

To allow yourself to let go.

May you awaken tomorrow more in love with life and yourself than ever before.

Smile.

Rest.

Be now.
