Happy New Day.

Welcome to this new opportunity to live your life powerfully and aligned with your fullest potential.

As you greet this new day,

Smile and breathe each breath in gratitude for the gift of being alive.

Begin to inhale full deep breaths circulating the new energy into your body and letting go of the old.

Breathing in fully,

Feeling this life giving energy enter your lungs and slowly and completely exhaling all of the old that no longer serves.

Breathing in pulling all of that life giving energy into your lungs,

Feeling your body wake up and slowly exhaling releasing any anxiety about the day ahead.

Breathing in feeling this day as a blank canvas to create the day to be how you want it to be.

Exhaling and surrendering into the adventure ahead.

Breathing in pulling all of your energy back into your center,

Feeling yourself strong and rooted.

Exhaling grounding your energy downwards,

Feeling yourself connected to the earth.

Breathing in pulling all of the energy from your future back into your present moment where all your power is and exhale rooting the energy feeling connected to the earth.

Breathing in bringing all of your energy from the past here into this present moment,

Feeling yourself connected and whole as you exhale.

Breathing in smiling giving thanks for the gift of this day,

The gift of this life and for all of the blessings ahead.

Exhaling grounding your energy feeling rooted in the here and now.

Breathing in filling your body with a beautiful golden light,

Feeling yourselves light up and exhaling smiling in gratitude as you feel this connection to life.

Breathing in receiving life into your body and exhaling giving that back with gratitude.

Breathing in pulling that light into your body and as you exhale sending it forward through all of the events of your day ahead,

Filling those events with light.

Breathing in imagining yourself walking through this day positive,

Empowered and strong in your body and exhaling giving that back with gratitude.

Breathing in again pulling that energy into yourself,

Feeling yourself rooted just imagining how you want to interact with others and to experience the day ahead and exhale softening into that allowing it to be.

Breathing in seeing that positive energy rippling out through all events,

Through all moments as you stand centered in the midst of every moment and exhaling giving that back with gratitude.

Breathing in feeling the energy vibrating through yourselves as you sit here awake and ready for the adventure ahead and as you exhale sending it forward through all of the events of your day ahead,

Filling those events with light.

And allow for your breath to guide you through this day,

Through each moment and allow your gratitude to bring forth the positive energy that you wish to experience.
