Welcome to today's emotional cleanse meditation.

Thank you for giving yourself the space to be with whatever it is that you're feeling right now.

Knowing that it's perfectly okay.

And now is the perfect moment to be present.

And to dissolve whatever is under the surface for you right now.

So getting yourself comfortable in an upright position.

Closing your eyes,

Moving your energy from the outer world to your inner world.

And bringing your awareness to the place in your body where this emotion is most powerful or strong for you.

Begin to breathe in through your nose.

And with each exhale,

Softening your whole body.

Releasing any resistance to feeling what's there.

Breathing in all the way.

And exhaling,

Softening.

Breathing in,

Not trying to run from or release the emotions.

But exhaling and just being with it.

Noticing it.

Inhaling,

Feeling the texture,

The energy or buzz that's moving through your body.

As you exhale,

Softening a little more.

And accepting this feeling.

Breathing in,

Asking if the emotion has a message that it would like you to hear.

Just paying attention to what comes up as you breathe.

What does this feeling have to teach you or say to you?

With compassion and kindness,

Just paying attention.

And as you listen,

Allow for the emotion to dissolve little by little.

And to support that,

We'll now breathe in through your nose fully into that space where you're holding the most.

And exhaling a sigh of relief,

Letting it go.

Breathing in,

Smiling for the gift of feeling.

And exhaling a sigh of relief.

Inhaling all the way.

And exhaling,

Softening and sighing.

Letting go.

Breathing in fully and completely.

Exhaling all the way with control.

Breathing in to the bottom of your belly.

Uprooting any and all stale,

Stagnant energy.

Letting it go.

Breathing in fully and completely,

Expanding your energy.

And exhaling,

Letting go.

Softening down into your roots.

Breathing in,

Pulling your energy back into your center.

Feeling yourself full as you hold that breath.

And slowly exhaling through your mouth.

Breathing in all the way,

Giving thanks for this gift of feeling.

Knowing that your emotions are not good or bad.

Exhaling,

Softening into your body.

Feeling yourself in the center of your being.

Breathing in all the way.

Feeling your belly expand,

Feeling this connection to life.

Exhaling,

Softening your stomach.

Softening your shoulders,

Your hips.

Breathing in all the way.

Feeling your belly rise.

And exhaling all the way.

Bringing your stomach muscles back in towards your spine.

Just take a few moments to breathe at your own pace.

And to relax every muscle in your body.

And to fully accept exactly where you are,

What's happening within you.

Releasing all resistance,

All fears of feeling.

Reminding yourself it's perfectly normal and safe to feel.

It's healthy to feel.

It's good for you.

So no matter what's taking place within,

Be with it,

Be present,

And be kind to yourself.

Breathing the deepest breath you've breathed today.

Imagine filling your body with a beautiful light brighter than the sun.

Exhale that sigh of relief.

Knowing that you're okay.

Everything is okay.

Breathing in all the way,

Expanding that light inside your body.

Exhaling.

So your lungs are completely empty.

Breathing that light in one more time,

Feeling it expand beyond the limits of your body.

And exhale,

Emptying your lungs,

Softening.

Giving thanks,

The space you gave yourself.

To be present with what is.

And to make that choice to find peace.

Thank you so much for practicing today.

And take as much time as you need.
