Welcome to this meditation practice.
The purpose is to feel good about yourself,
About who you are in this moment and chapter of your life.
So getting comfortable,
Closing your eyes,
And begin focusing on your breath,
Connecting the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth to help channel the energy up and down your spine as you breathe in and breathe out.
Feel the rhythm as you inhale and exhale.
Breathing in gratitude for all of the moments of life that have led you to this one.
And exhaling,
Settling into yourself,
Into this perfection of this moment.
Breathing and smiling in gratitude at this mystery of life and how things have come to be what they are.
And exhaling,
Relaxing,
Knowing that it can be no other way than what it is.
Breathing in again and imagining your body is growing roots and these roots are moving down through the earth.
And as you exhale,
Feel them digging deeper and deeper and deeper into the earth,
Grounding you down into your body.
Breathing in,
Feeling all parts of your body connected to the earth and yourself connected into the center of your being,
Rooted here in this moment.
And breathing into this present moment awareness,
Noticing the subtle vibrations and sensations of your body.
The trillions of cells working together for wholeness to keep you alive and here in this experience.
Breathing in,
Now imagining your very best self,
The you you've always wanted to be,
Appearing in front of you.
See yourself in that state of being,
Look directly into your eyes and smile.
See yourself smiling back at you.
Noticing the look in your eyes,
The expression on your face,
Your posture and how you carry yourself.
And as you sit here breathing,
Looking at that you,
You aspire to be.
Adjust your posture and your expression to match that.
Feel the warmth and the love.
That's coming through as you stare into your own eyes.
Breathing that energy into your own heart,
As you feel that connection to your fullest potential of who you can be in your life.
As you witness what's possible for yourself.
Breathing that possibility into yourselves to help your body,
Your mind remember.
And knowing in this moment,
That being the ultimate version of yourself is a simple choice that you make in each moment.
Through your actions,
Your thoughts,
How you treat yourself and how you treat others.
So breathing in knowing that you are your best self in this moment and in all moments moving forward.
And exhale that sigh of relief that you don't need to be anybody else but who you are right now.
Breathing in gratitude knowing that who you are is enough,
That who you are is perfect exactly as you are.
Exhale a sigh of relief sinking into that,
Giving thanks for that.
And as you stare into those eyes,
Imagining you and your best self merging as one.
Feel that connection.
Feel the confidence that comes with knowing you are enough.
And exhaling allowing your body to be at ease in this moment,
To feel grateful.
Be with that breath,
That appreciation and smile.
Give yourself the credit that you deserve for how far you've come on this journey and for where you are now.
For right now is perfect.
So take a little time to explore your breath and the perfection of this moment and who you are.
