Welcome to today's sleep meditation.
The opportunity for you to unwind,
Relax,
And end your day in gratitude as you drift off for a deep,
Restorative sleep.
Beginning to focus on your breath,
The inhales and the exhales,
As you get in the most comfortable position you possibly can.
Any unfinished to-do's from the day,
Just imagine a shelf above your head and just place those to-do's up on the shelf where you can get them tomorrow.
Any fears or anxiety you feel about your future days as well,
Just pulling those from your mind and placing them up on the shelf as well.
And inviting your subconscious to support you to process any of those fears or uncertainties in your dreams tonight with grace and gentleness.
So now that you're relaxed and comfortable,
Begin to breathe in through your nose,
Pulling life's energy into your body.
And on the exhale,
Letting go of everything with a ha.
Exhale.
Breathing in again,
Feeling the belly rise all the way.
Slowly exhaling,
All the way,
Feeling your body melting into your bed.
Breathing in all the way,
Feeling the body expand.
And as you exhale,
Allowing your body to let go of any tension you're holding onto and soften completely.
Breathing in,
Giving thanks for this day,
For all of the gifts you've received.
And slowly exhaling a sigh of relief.
Breathing in,
Feeling how supported you are by life with this breath.
Slowly exhaling your gratitude,
Giving that back to life.
Breathing in,
Bringing your awareness down into your legs,
Inviting your legs to soften and relax as you exhale.
Breathing in,
Bringing your awareness to your arms and your hands,
Inviting them to soften and relax as well as you exhale.
Inhaling into your belly,
Feeling the belly rise.
And relaxing your stomach muscles all the way as you exhale and soften into your bed.
Breathing in,
Feeling your back and inviting your back muscles to soften and relax as they melt into your bed.
Exhaling.
Breathing in,
Inviting your neck,
Your shoulders and your head to be fully held so they can relax and soften into your pillow.
Exhaling.
Breathing in,
Smiling at the gift of this day,
Of this life,
This moment where you finally get to relax.
Softening your face muscles,
Softening your body as you exhale.
Begin to just slowly let your breath soften as you take gentle inhales through the nose and exhales through the nose or mouth,
Whichever feels most comfortable.
With each exhale,
Letting go a little more and softening.
As your body softens,
Feel yourself surrounded by a golden light that casts a beautiful glow,
Creating a complete feeling of safety so you may fully let down and let go.
The more you relax and let go,
The brighter that glowing light becomes.
Feeling the belly rise and the stomach and back melting down into your bed a little more,
Letting go of this day.
Giving thanks for this life,
For all the ways that it blesses you,
For the ways that supports you to grow and become who you're meant to be.
Giving thanks for all the people who surround you,
Who support you and who love you as you drift off to sleep tonight,
Know that you are loved and that you are worthy of love.
Soften your body and allow that in,
Breathing that energy into your body,
Allowing your cells to absorb each breath.
Feeling the belly rise and the stomach and back melting down into your bed a little more,
Letting go of this day.
Giving thanks for this life,
For all the ways that it blesses you,
For the ways that supports you to grow and become who you're meant to be.
Giving thanks for all the people who surround you,
Who support you.
And who love you as you drift off to sleep tonight,
Know that you are loved and that you are worthy of love.
I'm giving thanks for this life,
For all the ways that it blesses you,
For the ways that supports you to grow and become who you are.
I'm giving thanks for this life,
For all the ways that supports you to grow and become who you are.
I'm giving thanks for this life,
For all the ways that supports you to grow and become who you are.
I'm giving thanks for this life,
For all the ways that supports you to grow and become who you are.
