How am I? Space to sit with these questions, going beyond how I think I should be to how I really am, to allow what is to be, to allow what is to be enfolded in the gracious tender love of God. We welcoming the kindness and love of God into our bodies, emotions and thoughts. Space to receive what is offered and what is needed. We end with... “let it be”. "All shall be well and all manner of things shall be well.” "We are seen, we are known and we are not alone”.

Giving space to sit with the question how am I a question that needs visiting regularly going beyond how I think I should be to how I really am giving space to what is to be giving space to what is to be enfolded in the gracious tender love of God bringing attention to your breath taking some deeper wider breaths and as you slowly and gently exhale allowing the shoulders to drop allow yourself to sink to settle to be held and supported letting go of the day so far and of what's to come receiving the grace to be present here and now knowing that the love and kindness of God is fully present towards you with compassion and acceptance and coming to the question how am I firstly asking that question of your thoughts what thoughts have been coming and going in recent days simply recall and observe these thoughts without judging,

Criticizing or giving opinion on them pay particular attention to those that have been repeating do these thoughts ask anything of you do they tell you that you're carrying something that invites surrender and trust do they invite a response it may help to name them and then place them into the space in front of you a space that is compassion,

Love and kindness now bringing how am I to your emotions what emotions have been present to you recently allow them to rise give them space to be seen and acknowledged without judging them simply let them be it may help to name them and place them in front of you know that how you feel is seen,

Acknowledged and matters deeply to God now bringing how am I to your body it may help to focus back into your breath and allow that breath to take you into your body as you become aware of your body you may notice places that are tight or knotted you may be aware of sensations in your body that feel off as you sit with the sensation allow it to have a voice to tell you what it needs to say when you feel ready place any bodily sensations into the compassionate space in front of you bring attention now to the space where your thoughts,

Emotions and bodily sensations are know that God only offers love,

Kindness and compassion towards all that you've been thinking,

Feeling and sensing know that Holy Spirit is present to you and will help navigate with you in how you are as you observe what is in the space something may happen to what is there something may change in what you see something may shift as what is there is held in love and compassion be attentive to what you notice does God respond to the things in this space does God respond to you is God offering you anything in this moment welcome the kindness and love of God into your body,

Emotions and thoughts welcome healing and tenderness remain for a few moments in this loving space as we near the end invite let it be know that all shall be well and all manner of things shall be well know that you are seen,
