Vital Force Meditation: Recharging Your Core With Pranic Energy

This meditation is about recharging your life force energy. This energy is known by many names, Aka to the Egyptians, Prana to the Hindu, Ki to the Japanese and Qi to the Chinese. This vital force can be lost through overwork and also through excessive energy work. It can also be impacted by the challenges of the ascension process. When we lose vital force we feel apathetic, drained, tired, ungrounded and with little energy to enjoy the small and large blessings of daily life.

Welcome to this vital force meditation.

This meditation is very good for anyone who does lots of spiritual work and needs to recharge their vital energy.

And as always open body posture,

Open mind.

With your breath connecting to your body of bone and blood.

And breathing.

And on the in-breath connecting to the web of life for you are connected to the universal web connecting you to all other living beings and force fields.

Connecting to the earth,

The elements of the earth.

The stars,

The sun.

And communities of living beings on the earth plane.

Web of life.

And on the in-breath imagine drawing light from the stars into your physical field.

Stars,

Starlight.

Into the cells of the body.

And allowing that light to fill the cells.

And on the out-breath releasing all energy back to the universe taking with it any lower frequency interference.

And you've picked up energies from the 3D matrix releasing back to universe.

And on the in-breath again breathing in starlight into the cells and also into the DNA of the body.

Filling with light billions of cells awakening like many suns in the body billions of suns.

On the out-breath releasing anywhere you've picked up any sludge from the 3D matrix any lower frequency energies.

Back to universe.

Allowing more light into your field.

Repeating this for the skeletal system,

Bones or vertebrae.

Anywhere you've picked up in the foundational a layer of your being any lower energies.

Releasing starlight into the skeleton.

Skull,

Jaw,

Neck,

Spine.

Rib cage,

Collarbone,

Shoulder blades,

Arms,

Hands,

Pelvic area.

Legs and feet.

Moving on the out-breath anything you need to release back to the universe.

Back to the universe.

Allowing more light to return to you.

And repeating this for the blood and all blood producing parts of the body.

Light from the stars into the blood and on the out-breath releasing anything in your field needs to be released back to universe.

Back to the universe allowing more light to return to you.

And organs and systems of the body.

Starlight.

Higher frequency light into your body on the in-breath drawing in light.

Higher frequency light on the out-breath releasing anything else in your body that needs to be released back to universe.

And aligning your whole physical field with your infinite multi-dimensional self.

Just aligning and connecting with that self.

And calling your team and spirit of the highest light and resonance,

Your highest self,

Over-soul or monadic self.

All angels,

Archangels,

Guides,

Beings of light,

Star races,

Elohim,

Can't be with you,

Can't be with you.

And also inviting davic forces,

Elemental forces,

Guardian forces on the earth plane.

We're going to be working with elemental forces,

Calling those forces.

And as always we call the directions beginning in the east,

The rising sun,

The element of air.

The angel is Raphael and the symbol is a caduceus,

A crystal wand with two golden snakes entwined and where they meet at the top,

Two golden wings.

Dancing on the symbol will invoke the angels energy which is emerald green fire.

Allow this fire into every layer level and dimension of your field.

Every layer level and dimension into the physical,

Etheric,

Emotional,

Mental bodies,

All layers of the spiritual bodies.

Emerald green fire and breathe and open.

And as that's happening let's call to the south,

To Michael,

Michael of the great sword of light.

The direction of the south is fire.

As you focus on the symbol of light,

The sword of light,

You invoke electric blue fire into your field,

Every layer level and dimension of your field.

And open and breathe,

Open and breathe.

And as that's happening to the west is Gabriel,

Archangel of water,

The symbol is a silver chalice and the energy is diamond white fire.

As you're focusing on the symbol,

Invoking that fire into your field,

That fire all layers levels and dimensions,

Physical,

Etheric,

Emotional,

Mental.

And breathe and open.

And the fourth angel completing the circle is Uriel,

Archangel of earth.

The symbol of this angel is a golden pentacle,

A five pointed star in a circle of light.

The energy is ruby red fire.

As you focus on the symbol invoking that fire into your field,

All layers,

Levels and dimensions.

Four angels,

Four fires and open and open.

And breathe and open and expand,

Open and expand.

And also inviting the vertical force angels Metatron and Sandalphon.

Metatron bringing down the Christ grid from the central sun,

Golden white fire.

Down into the room.

Down through your field and anchoring that light into the heart.

Anchor that light into the heart.

As that's happening,

Sandalphon brings up the crystalline white,

Fairy white grid from the earth up.

To the feet.

And then up through the torso anchoring that grid in the heart.

Two grids in the heart connecting heaven and earth and open and open.

Six angels,

Six energies and breathe.

And I ask your team and spirit to open the inner channel.

Open the inner channel connecting heaven and earth.

Expanding that channel as wide as it can go.

Extending that channel up into the heavens,

Up into the central sun.

Through the stargate of our own sun.

And down into the core of Gaia,

Into the crystalline grid.

Explaining your ability to hold light and channel light.

Allowing light to flow through you.

And breathe.

Allowing light to flow down through your field into the earth and also up through your field up into the heavens.

I ask your team and spirit to connect your sacral chakra with the four lines of force of the horizontal plane.

Drawing a line of force from the direction of east of air into your sacral chakra.

Drawing a line of force from the south of fire,

The element of fire into the sacral chakra.

Drawing a line of force from the west of water into the sacral chakra.

And drawing a line of force into your sacral from the north of earth.

Connecting you to the four directions in the sacral center.

As if the sacral is the center of a great wheel with four spokes.

Feeling your connection to heaven and earth and also to the horizontal plane.

East south,

West and north.

And begin to tune into your sacral center.

We want you to see it as a chalice of light,

A crystal chalice of light.

And the chalice of light will have one of three positions.

It will either be upright,

It will either be on its side or it will either be upside down in an upside down position.

One of three positions.

As you tune into your sacral,

What is the position of your sacral?

Is it upright?

Is it on its side?

Or is it upside down?

Trust your first impressions.

Trust your first impressions.

And whatever the position,

Invoke ultraviolet fire angels and begin to cleanse the sacral with ultraviolet fire,

Clearing this crystal chalice of light.

Clearing this crystal chalice of light.

Clearing any sludge or lower energies from the sacral.

Breathing as this clearing happens.

And once it's cleared,

We need to call on one of these elements to begin to feel the chalice and there will be one element that you need most in your field now to feel your sense of vital force.

Just notice from the four directions,

The energy of air,

Of wind,

Of mind,

The energy of fire,

Of will,

Of passion,

The energy of water,

Of flow,

Of emotion,

The energy of earth,

Of structure,

Of groundedness.

One of these will feel the most needed.

You may take from all but there will be one that will be primary.

And when you are ready,

Open to feel this crystal chalice with the energy from the elements,

Drinking in this light,

Filling the crystal chalice with light.

And breathe and allow the chalice to be filled.

And when you are ready,

Open to feel this crystal chalice with the energy from the elements,

Drinking in this light,

Filling the crystal chalice with light.

I ask your team in spirit and the Archangels to seal this chalice,

To seal it,

Sealing any cracks,

Leaking energy,

Sealing any cracks.

Filling this chalice with light and allowing that light to spill out into your energy field as if your sacred is a mini sun of light.

Filled with energy,

With elemental energy.

And breathe and open.

Just allowing this energy to recharge you,

To clear your system,

To help you be more in the body and on the earth's plane,

More in the body and on the earth's plane.

And breathe and take as much energy as you need in this meditation,

Take as much energy as you need.

You can do this meditation as often as you wish to help you recharge,

Especially after doing a lot of spiritual work.

This energy meditation will help as well sitting in wild nature.

And thanking all the beings holding the space.

And continue this meditation until you're ready to release all forces,

Vertical plane forces,

Metatron and sandalphone.

Release them with thanks.

And the horizontal forces,

Uriel,

Gabriel,

Michael,

Raphael,

Allowing them to be released with thanks.
