Open body,
Open mind and breathe into the body of bone and blood and imagine with your breath.
You can breathe in light from the universe around you.
Light from the universe around you,
For the universe is light.
Light from the stars.
Light from the sun.
And light from the earth below.
Light 360 degrees around you,
Into the body.
And if you're holding anybody else's energy or low frequency programming in your body,
Release on the out breath.
Other people's energy,
Other people's programming from your body of bone and blood back to the universe.
And allow more light to return to you.
Breathing light into the bones,
The blood,
All organs and all systems of the body.
And a call upon your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance to be with you now.
This team includes your higher self,
Your I AM presence,
Your Oversoul and various archangels and star beings from star races.
Various masters of light to be with you now.
And in this meditation,
We're going to call two grids of light.
The first grid is the ascension grid from the sun and the central sun.
This is a golden white grid that's impacting the planet now.
So with your breath,
Just invite that grid of light.
And the angel of that grid is Metatron.
Archangel Metatron brings down this golden white grid down into the room.
Down towards the top of the head.
And the crown chakra opens,
A great sphere of crystal and gold light opens.
And allow light from the Christ grid to infuse that center of power on your body.
And bringing that grid down to the third eye that opens as a great sphere of crystal and emerald green light opens in the center of the head.
And allow light from the Christ grid to infuse that center of power.
And bring the grid down to the throat chakra that opens as a great sphere of majestic raw blue light opens,
Opens.
And allow light from the Christ grid,
The ascension grid,
To infuse that chakra.
And bring this grid down to the heart and anchor the light into the heart and the heart opens as a great sphere of star light,
Brilliant white star light opens,
Opens.
Allow light from the Christ ascension grid to infuse that center of power on your body.
Allow all centers from the heart upwards to align with the Christ grid.
And breathe and feel the aligning happening as Metatron and the angels of light working in the Christ grid work with your field.
And as that is happening,
As that is happening,
I call Archangel Sandalphon in the earth to bring up the crystalline earth grid.
This crystal white sparkling earth grid up from the earth from Gaia herself,
Up to the feet,
Up to the legs,
Up to the base chakra that opens as a great sphere of shimmering platinum light opens.
Allow light from Gaia,
This ascension grid in the earth,
To infuse your base with light from the earth.
And bringing up that grid from the earth up to the sacral center that opens,
A great sphere of pearl pink light opens in the sacral,
Opens.
Allow light from the crystalline grid to infuse that chakra with light.
And as that is happening,
Let's bring the light up to the solar plexus that opens,
A great sphere of gold and rainbow light opens.
Allow light from the crystalline grid of the earth to infuse the solar plexus with light.
And bring that light up to the heart and anchor the energy into the heart,
That sphere of starlight.
Two grids of light in the heart,
The Christ grid from the central sun via our own sun and light from Gaia herself up into the heart.
Two grids,
Allow the angels,
Working with these two grids to align your energy field.
And breathe and open and soften and relax.
And as this is happening,
As your field is being aligned,
I call to your higher self.
And this is a center of light way above your head,
Some people consider this the 11th chakra,
The stellar gateway chakra.
This sphere is a golden orange sun,
Way above your head,
Opens.
And allow that chakra to begin to descend now,
Descend now,
Towards the top of head,
Descending towards the crown.
And becomes one with the crown chakra.
This golden orange sun merging with this crystal golden sphere of light,
The crown.
And feel a merging happening in the crown,
Your higher self and crown merging.
And as this merging happens,
Allow light to be transmitted down to third eye,
Opening the third eye to light of the higher self.
Down to the throat,
Opening the throat to light of the higher self.
Down to the heart,
Opening the heart to light of the higher self.
Down to the solar plexus,
Opening the solar plexus to light of the higher self.
Down to sacral,
Opening the sacral to light of your higher self.
And finally down to the base,
Allow your higher self and the crown to transmit light to the beta chakra.
And allow this light to vibrate out through your body,
Bones vibrating with this golden light transmitted from the higher self.
Allow that light to expand out from the physical body to your etheric body,
All chakras.
Allow this light to expand out to the emotional body,
Your astral emotional body.
And out to the mental body.
And just open now to the transmission of light wherever it needs to go,
Whether physical body,
Etheric body,
Emotional or mental body.
Assisting you in this ascension awakening period.
And breathe open,
Soften,
Relax and allow this process to continue beyond this meditation throughout your day.
And allow that light through your day to radiate out into your reality,
Shifting your vibration so that your reality begins to shift and vibrating with greater joy,
Greater possibility,
Greater love,
Greater openness,
Greater flow.
And breathe open,
Soften,
Relax.
And with your breath begin to slowly come back to your body of bone and blood,
Wiggling your fingers and toes and breathe.
