Bedtime Sleep Story: The Woman Of The 2 Worlds

Enter the world of sleep in a very different manner tonight. This is a story of a woman who is deeply sad, and who experiences a whole new world during her sleep. Her journey through this world is filled with wondrous experiences. What is the meaning of this journey, and how it will change her life, listen to know more!

Hi,

My name is Saqib and I am the narrator of this story for tonight which is titled The Woman of the Two Worlds.

Before I start narrating the story,

Check if you can shift to a slightly more comfortable position.

Do a quick scan of your whole body and ease and relax those muscles which you feel are in your body.

Great!

Let's start with the story now.

The story is of a woman named Sarah.

Sarah is married to Adam and they have two children,

A daughter named Nicole and a son named Neil.

It is the night of Sarah's 40th birthday and she is laying down in her bed alone reflecting back on her life that she had lived till date.

Adam is out on a business trip and Neil and Nicole went to bed early as they have to wake up early in the morning for school.

Tonight,

Somehow her family forgot her to wish happy birthday.

Sarah thought to herself that Adam must be busy with his work and that is why he forgot to wish her and as far as Neil and Nicole are concerned,

There was no point for them to stay awake till 12 in the midnight to wish her.

Although she knew that it was childish to feel bad about her family not wishing her birthday,

There was a sinking feeling in her heart which she couldn't let go of.

Maybe it was because this has never happened before.

Since her marriage to Adam,

Every year on her birthday she had got a surprise gift in the night followed by hugs and kisses from her family.

This year though there was something different about the bond she used to have with her family and she doesn't know whom to blame it on.

Lying in the bed at 1 am in the night,

She is recalling how this last year had been so different for her.

She had somehow lost her temper and started behaving differently with her family.

The number of fights she had with Adam had increased tenfolds and Neil and Nicole both now entering their teenage have almost stopped talking to her due to her short temper.

Her friendship with her kids was lost.

Earlier they used to share every notorious act with their mother but now they had stopped sharing due to the exaggerated reaction they used to get from Sara.

Although she didn't understand this distance in her relationship with Neil and Nicole,

She definitely knew the reason of her fights with Adam.

Just 6 months ago Adam left his 9 to 5 job for a business opportunity.

He started his own consulting firm with clients in various countries which requires him to travel a lot.

Till the time he was in the 9 to 5 job,

It was Sara who was running a business,

A chain of 5 salons in New York and it was Adam who took care of Neil and Nicole most of the time.

But the day Adam got this business opportunity,

He selfishly declared that he will no longer be able to look after them and that it was time for Sara to take up the responsibility.

Due to this selfish act of Adam,

She had to shut down 3 of her 5 salons.

Although she is not passionate about this business of making people look good,

Nevertheless she would have never shut down the salons had Adam not acted so selfishly.

Due to this she had developed a grudge against Adam which resulted in regular fights.

She knew that Adam now used to prolong his business trips deliberately to avoid staying at home and facing Sara and her wrath and also for avoiding to take up the responsibility of looking after his own children.

Her thoughts were interrupted by her urge to cry and there she was sobbing in her bed trying to suppress the noise by pressing her mouth against the pillow.

Once she stopped crying,

She called out desperately to God,

Oh God,

Please help me,

Please ease the pain for me,

Please make me understand why this is happening to me,

Where is my life heading,

Why don't I feel complete,

What can I do about my relationship with Adam,

Neil and Nicole,

How can I be happy again.

Just when she completed her prayer to God which was in the form of questions for which she desperately demanded answers,

She started feeling sleepy.

How can I feel sleepy in such a situation?

She thought to herself and it wasn't long before she was fast asleep.

When she opened her eyes,

She felt as if she was floating in the air.

She could only see bright white light all around.

She was feeling really blissful as if all her pain and misery had magically vanished.

Where am I?

She asked loudly but soon she realized that there was no sound generated when she asked that question.

It was just let out in the form of a thought.

It was then she realized that she didn't even have a body.

It was as if she was just floating in the air without a body in the form of pure consciousness.

Am I dead?

She then asked.

Again there was no sound generated but just a thought.

Suddenly the cloud of white light cleared and a beautiful valley started appearing in front of her eyes.

This was the most beautiful scene she had ever witnessed.

It was totally unexplainable.

She saw colors in the sky which she had never seen before.

There were mountains and a river so beautiful that she was damn sure that there is no such place on earth.

The flowers were fresh and big and had vibrant colors.

There was a sound of a music so soothing that it surpassed the level of even the best meditation music she had ever listened to.

And this place had a very special characteristic to it which was very evident.

Despite the myriad colors almost everything was radiating a bright golden white light.

Trees,

Mountains,

The river,

The waterfall and even the humanly figures she was now beginning to see.

These humanly figures didn't have a physical body but their outline was like a human body and they were radiating that golden white light.

It was then that she started witnessing her own body.

Her own body was similarly humanoid.

However,

The specific parts of the body like the fingers,

Nails,

Breasts etc were not separately visible.

She could just see the human outline of her body which was filled with that same radiating golden white light.

It was as if this light was the life force of this place.

She then felt herself being lowered to the ground where there was grass of myriad colors.

She gently landed on the ground and suddenly felt even more bliss in her body which was made up of this light energy.

She felt the air touching her which was cool and pleasant and as she took a deep breath she literally felt the fresh air filling her lungs with bliss.

Where am I?

She asked again.

Is this a dream?

Is this what they call a lucid dream?

However,

She never expected a lucid dream to be so realistic.

It was as if she had never felt so alive.

Feeling the curiosity building in her energy body,

She started walking.

As she walked along a meadow,

She came near the river.

The river had a sparkling white appearance and it generated a music of its own.

As if it was singing joyously.

As if it was alive.

She sat down at the bank of the river and placed her hand into it.

The sensation she had was amazing.

It was as if the water was caressing her hand in love.

She cupped her hands and drank the water.

Oh my goodness,

She said in elation.

She had a feeling she had never experienced before.

The bliss she was already experiencing multiplied ten times as she felt the water passing and circulating her whole body.

It was the first time since she had arrived to this mysterious and mystical place that she felt home.

She suddenly felt safe and comforted.

She felt as if everything is alright.

There is nothing to worry about.

She felt as if she had always known this place and that she belongs here.

And to her surprise,

She felt that she doesn't want to leave this place.

Lost in deep thought,

She realized that she was looking at the reflection of the sky in the river.

It was then that she saw something moving in the reflection of the sky.

She turned her gaze upwards to look directly at the sky and to her astonishment,

She saw those humanoid beings flying in the sky like birds.

She expected to see their wings like it is described in movies and fairy tales,

But there were none.

These humanoid beings were flying without wings as if gravity was under their control.

Amazed by what she just saw,

She became even more curious and decided to continue her walk through the valley.

She then came to a place which looked more residential.

There were huts,

Unlike of any house she has ever seen before.

The huts were simple yet beautiful.

They were radiating that golden white light and seemed to be inviting her inside as if they themselves were living beings.

As she passed through the huts,

She managed to see the humanoid light beings more closely.

She realized that these humanoid forms had features like human beings.

However,

Their bodies were more beautiful and alive,

And they were radiating the white light which seemed to be their soul.

She then realized that it was the soul of the person that was more visible than the body,

And the soul was represented by this white golden light.

She then analyzed her own body and realized that it was the same case with her.

The light emanating from her body had outshone her physical features.

In the gardens outside the huts,

There were children laughing and playing,

Couples making love,

Musicians singing and playing music whose notes were visible in the form of vibrations in the air.

Dancers drawing paintings that sprung to life once they were complete.

Dancers dancing as if there was no difference between the dance and the dancer,

As if they were one.

People hugging each other passionately,

And groups of people doing various activities and laughing together.

Love was in the air.

She could feel it.

This place is truly heaven,

She thought to herself.

Every person she passed by smiled at her,

As if they knew her.

And as soon as they smiled,

There was a beam of light that came out of their heart and reached Sara's heart,

And filled Sara's body with love,

As if they were hugging from a distance.

She was totally flabbergasted by what she was experiencing.

She then saw a particular hut,

And felt a certain attraction towards it.

It was as if that hut was Sara's own home,

Calling her desperately.

She decided to follow her instincts and walk towards the hut.

There was a man standing at the door of the hut that seemed familiar to Sara.

She came closer,

She tried to observe the features of that man,

And it was then that she instantly froze and let out a sigh.

Oh my god,

Adam,

What are you doing here?

Are you also dead like me?

Are we both in heaven?

Upon hearing this,

Adam laughed and came closer to her.

He then hugged her.

This was no ordinary hug.

Sara had never experienced anything like this with Adam before.

As they hugged,

It was as if their bodies melted into each other.

It was as if their souls became one.

She could feel what Adam was feeling,

And it was pure love.

Love for her.

This was the loving embrace she had always yearned for,

And finally today,

She had got it.

The bliss in her body multiplied a thousand times.

She didn't want this hug to end.

She wanted to freeze in this moment in the arms of Adam.

It was as if she had finally found her soulmate.

They hugged for what seemed like eternity,

And yet only a few moments had passed.

Time seemed to work differently here in this realm,

Whatever it was.

Come inside the hut,

Said Adam.

It is our home.

Our home?

Questioned Sara.

But I have never been to this place before.

Adam laughed again.

What was so funny,

Sara thought?

I will answer all your questions.

Come inside.

Then they went inside the hut.

The house was the most beautiful house she had ever seen.

Though it had walls,

But yet it was part of that natural environment of that place.

The air inside was filled with love.

There were items so beautiful and with multitude of colors,

And the walls radiated a warm,

Soothing energy.

There was no artificial lighting required.

The golden light,

Which was the life force of this world,

Was itself more than enough to make the place look bright.

Everything seemed to be beaming with life in the house.

Sara sat on a couch and felt deeply comforted by it.

So let me tell you what this place is,

Said Adam,

Sitting right in front of her.

As I said before,

This is actually our home.

This is actually the real world in which we live.

Earth is a place which is temporary.

It's just a short period of time we spend on that planet in that dimension.

This is where we belong.

But what is this place?

Is it another planet in some other solar system or some other galaxy?

Ask Sara.

You can say that,

Replied Adam.

It is actually another dimension,

Where you exist more in the form of a soul rather than in the form of a physical body.

There you are not limited by gravity,

Time and the limitations of the five senses of the physical body.

Oh my god,

So am I dead?

And what about you?

What about our children,

Neil and Nicole?

Where are they?

No,

You are not dead on planet earth yet.

You are simply sleeping there.

Same goes for me.

I am sleeping in a hotel room in Vancouver,

Canada.

As for our kids on earth are concerned,

Here in this realm,

There is nothing mine or yours or theirs.

We do not have such attachments.

We all are one and everything belongs to everybody.

So Neil and Nicole are souls who live in their respective huts in this realm and have their own separate lives.

Still,

We are a part of this large soul community,

Which might also be referred to as the collective consciousness and everybody takes care of everybody else and everybody loves everybody else.

Sara was spellbound by the words of Adam.

She then asked,

But why am I brought to this realm only tonight?

Why didn't I experience it before?

And what is our purpose of spending our lives on earth?

We all take birth time to time in the physical dimension,

In this case on planet earth,

Because that is where we can express our divinity.

Here in this realm,

We are all perfect and complete.

We all are love beings and we all love each other.

Since because everything is love here,

We at times don't really realize the value of love.

We start taking it for granted.

The bliss and the love you are experiencing right now is because you are coming from a place where there is a lot of hatred,

Physical pain,

Wars,

Etc.

That is why now you can literally understand and experience the value of love.

But once we stay in this realm for long,

We start taking love for granted and don't experience that bliss of love to that great level.

So we get reborn in that physical realm which is devoid of love and spend our lives to express that love,

Which is your purpose on planet earth.

Your purpose therefore is to express the love that you are,

Express your divinity completely in the physical form.

You are experiencing this only tonight because before you slept off,

You asked God for an explanation for why is there pain and misery in your life.

Remember your questions?

You said,

Oh God,

Please help me.

Please ease the pain for me.

Please make me understand why this is happening to me.

Where is my life heading?

Why don't I feel complete?

What can I do about my relationship with Adam,

Neil and Nicole?

How can I be happy again?

God is our collective consciousness.

All our souls combined together form what you call God.

So we collectively decided to bring you in this realm and explain to you that why you are experiencing those things on earth so that you don't end up making your life miserable on earth.

Whatever is happening is perfect for you to express your divinity and love on earth.

The situation that occurred in your life six months ago when I decided to start that investment firm and you had to shut down three of your salons and spend more time with Neil and Nicole was due to two reasons.

First,

You don't have any interest in running a salon.

You started doing that work because there was a lot of demand in our area for a salon and you thought that it was a good opportunity to make money and generate a good monthly income so that we can easily survive.

You see,

It was a fear based decision for survival,

Something which our ancestors who were hunter gatherers used to do.

But now we have evolved as a society.

We no more need to make fear based decisions.

Only abundance based decisions will bring abundance in our lives.

Abundance of not only financial resources and material things,

But abundance of love,

Happiness,

Good health,

Relationships,

Knowledge,

Peace,

Etc.

You always knew that you are passionate about music.

You were a great musician in your school and college days.

And let me tell you,

There is a high probability that if you pursue music,

You will become a world renowned musician one day.

I know this because here in this realm,

We know that what are the future possibilities and consequences of the action people take on earth.

Time works differently in this realm.

We are able to peek into the future possibilities.

It all depends on what choices we make.

So it's up to you what choice you make.

Continue running those two salons or pursue music.

The second reason of you shutting down those salons was our children,

Neil and Nicole.

Neil is destined to become a great spiritual master and Nicole is destined to become a great scientist.

We are destined to become the parents of two great and renowned future world leaders.

But this destiny will only occur if you spend more time with your kids.

They need the care and emotional connection with their mother for their emotional nourishment and development,

Which will lead to love and personal growth in their lives,

Which will in turn lead them to become great world leaders.

So you see how important it was for you to shut down those salons.

Now it's your choice that you continue feeling bad about your current situation or you see it as an opportunity to make the lives of the members of our family great.

It is a great opportunity for us to express our love and divinity and that is what precisely is our purpose on earth.

Everything that happens,

No matter how painful it might seem,

Gives us the opportunity to express our divinity and make our lives great.

Hence it is better for us to be thankful about everything.

And this is why gratitude will be a great tool for you in this journey of yours on earth.

Chills were running down Sarah's body as she was listening to Adam.

She had now completely understood everything.

It was a moment of enlightenment for her.

She thanked Adam and gave him a hug and a kiss.

Adam told her that she will have to return to earth now and that they will meet again soon in this realm.

Sarah opened her eyes and the sun was shining beautifully through her window.

It was her birthday today.

She knew what she experienced last night was not just a dream.

It was her awakening.

She knew that she is transformed now and she will transform her life as well.

She thanked God for giving everything and giving her this chance to express her divinity and love on earth.

She then got out of her bed and her first thought was to find the best music institute where she can learn music.

I was looking for a morning meditation and came upon this. It was unexpected but I was curious. It mentions lucid dreaming which I did years ago and planned on reinstating the practice. I had also left my music and dancing behind and the story encourages the woman to return to her passions. I also felt my physical boundaries being blurred. Thank you for this beautiful and timely story as it is what I asked for without realizing it.
