Matthew began practicing yoga and meditation in 2015, in 2024 he completed the Teaching From the Heart Teacher Training Program at Asheville Yoga Center (Asheville, NC) where he received his RYS 200-Hour teaching certificate. As a yoga teacher, Matthew's mission is to inspire and nurture the heart, guiding others in discovering new perspectives for the body and mind. He aims to honor the beauty and wonder of being, fostering a sense of joy, discovery, and stillness in every practice. In addition to practicing and teaching yoga, Matthew produces music and sound meditations with the intention of elevating the spirit.
