Keric started practicing yoga in 2001 and has been teaching since 2006. He is a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher. Anusara Yoga blends a life-affirming Tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness with Universal Principles of Alignment and a celebration of community. Each class is a blend of physical postures, yoga philosophy, and a heartfelt theme. In his teaching, Keric strives to be creative and fun, helping students take their practices off of the mat and into their daily lives.
