I’m really enjoying this meditation- I love the combination of the bits I understand mentally, and the bits my brain tunes out on but my body seems to respond to- I feel there’s an inherent wisdom that goes beyond my thinking mind and speaks to me on a much deeper level... there’s a sense of remembering. I’m enjoying the process of simply ‘allowing’ and trusting. And Mouna’s voice is just divine. Thank you Mouna🙏 ✨
