Annelise has been running a mindset coaching program for 10 years. She helps people cultivate deeper meaning and connection in their lives through the power of visualization, meditation, and mindset coaching. Annelise is trained in ancient Hawaiian arts and the science of healing and spiritual development. She has worked with individuals worldwide, both in person and online, with a diverse range of clients including Olympic athletes, guiding them to achieve a deeper connection and healthier approach to life. For nearly a decade, Annelise has spent many summers with the Shipibo tribe in Peru, learning about the power of plant medicine and the importance of fostering a connection with nature. As an avid yogi and camper, she cherishes traveling both physically and mentally, embracing diverse experiences that life has to offer to better serve herself and others. Annelise firmly believes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, as everyone progresses through different stages at their own pace. Her guiding principle is that it’s not what we do, but how we do it that truly matters.
