Transcript

Welcome to the stress relief meditation.

Letting go,

Draining out and releasing all the stress of the day and coming back to your natural,

Original state of peace.

This meditation is designed to help you completely let go of the stress of the day,

The worries,

The anxieties,

Any concerns,

Fears.

And as you release and let these go,

It's as if a big burden,

A big weight is pulled out of you,

Is lifted from you.

And you naturally feel light,

Just like if you were carrying heavy rocks in a backpack.

And then your backpack was taken away from you and all those heavy weights were released.

You'd feel light,

So light,

So free.

And so we're just going to be dropping that bag of heavy weights,

Burdens and stresses,

So that peace can return.

This meditation also includes powerful,

Binaural beat audio recordings that are scientifically proven to shift your brain waves into a much more relaxed,

Calm,

Delta wave state,

So that your body will naturally relax.

This has already begun right now.

So beginning with a few beautiful breaths.

And really breathing deeply and gently.

Breathing all the way in,

Full deep breath.

And completely letting go and releasing all tension,

Just allowing that breath to flow out of you,

As if it's sucking out any negative feelings right away with each breath.

So each breath just takes you a little bit deeper into that peace as you relax and release a little bit more.

And as you breathe,

Just asking yourself,

Am I willing to completely release and let go of the stress?

Am I willing to allow that stress to come up and surrender it and let it go so that it is pulled away?

Are you willing to allow it to come up and then let it go?

It takes courage and commitment to fully allow yourself to feel your feelings and then let them be taken away.

And so let's go deeper.

Imagine there is a large balloon,

A huge balloon with a big rope connected to it.

And you can fill this balloon with negative feelings,

Emotions,

Worries.

So first of all,

Just allow any stress that you're feeling to come up and fill the balloon.

Keep filling it up as if you have a warehouse of stressful situations,

Stressful experiences.

And you're just putting some of that stuff into this balloon so that it can be taken away into the light.

And in the sky,

There is infinite spiritual light.

And when the balloon is filled,

You just get out a big pair of scissors or a knife and you cut the cord and see that balloon floating away,

Disappearing into the sky and the relief,

Feel the relief as that stress is taken away,

Flying up further away as you melt more into peace.

And the balloon disappears away into the sky and is taken,

Purified back into the light.

And just notice the relief as that weight has been lifted.

And there's more.

So allow yourself now to fill another balloon,

Whatever it is,

Whether it's worries about a situation,

Whether it's just feelings that you don't like,

Whether it's a person,

A place,

A certain problem.

Just fill that balloon with all your fears,

Worries,

Frustrations.

Allow it to come up,

Whatever it is,

Just reveal it and put it inside that balloon,

Having the courage to let that be taken away from you.

And then when you're ready,

Cut the cord and notice the relief,

The peace,

That balloon flies away into the sky,

Into the spiritual light and disappears.

You are free.

And just take a few more deep breaths,

Really appreciating that relief.

And again,

Whatever stress is remaining,

Just allow it to come up,

Whatever it is,

Just allow the feelings to arise,

Just feel the anxiety or the stress or whatever it is,

Put it in that balloon.

Just keep filling it up,

This is your chance to fully let go of these things,

Let go of pent up energy,

Stress from the past,

Childhood issues,

Whatever it is,

Just allow that stuff to go in there so it's not inside of you anymore.

And when you're ready,

Cut the cord and melt,

Melt into that wonderful relief and release.

Just breathing deeper and completely relaxed.

Just noticing how good you feel as you let go.

The more burdens you release,

The more you naturally feel the peace that is underneath inside of you all the time.

You are naturally an embodiment of peace.

And again,

Let's release some more.

Are you willing to release even more of this pent up energy and stress?

It may go back a long way.

And just allowing that energy to arise without any judgement,

Without any guilt,

Shame,

Fear,

Just allow it to come up and put all that stuff in that balloon,

Fill it up.

It's a big balloon,

You can keep making it bigger and just keep putting more and more and more.

It's time to let it go,

It's time to be free.

Let go of all the stress chemicals,

The stress hormones,

Adrenaline,

Cortisol,

Just put it all in there,

All those feelings that you don't need anymore.

And when you're ready,

Cut the cord and feel the relief.

And noticing you might even smile as you feel so much relief returning.

Allowing yourself to breathe deep and feel so good.

Feeling so good.

Completely free.

How does it feel to be totally relaxed?

And just remembering that there was a time,

There was a time when you had no stress,

No worries,

You didn't even know about any of these things,

You just felt constant peace.

It may have been long ago,

But there was a time when you felt good and had no stress.

And you're just returning to that each time you release and let go,

Letting go of some of those burdens,

Some of those worries,

And becoming free once again,

Liberated in life.

Allow yourself again now to fill up that balloon with some more stuff that you don't want,

Some hidden stress,

Some worry,

Anxiety,

Frustrations,

Even feelings of being right and it should be different and why did it happen.

Put all that stuff in the balloon.

Let go of being right,

Let go of resentment so that you can feel relaxed.

Fill it all up with worries,

Fears,

Regrets of the past.

Put all that stuff,

All that pent up stress in the balloon.

Are you ready to say goodbye?

Cut the cord and notice the relief as that flies away into the sky,

Is taken away into the unlimited light,

As you melt even more into that natural peace and freedom.

And you are safe,

You are secure,

You are free.

Totally relaxed and just feeling that wonderful relief,

Wonderful relief.

Would you like to let go of some more?

Alright,

So just allow whatever old stress there is,

Just allow it to come up,

Allow it to arise,

Just accept it,

There's no judgement,

Just allow any worries,

Fears,

Complaints,

Regrets,

Guilt and shame,

Anger,

Any lust,

Any greed,

Any attachment,

Any negative feelings of any kind,

Just allow that to come up,

Be willing to let it go,

Put it in the balloon.

Just keep filling that up with all the sticky dark stuff that has been stuck within,

Just allowing it to be pulled out and put in the balloon.

You have the power,

You have the freedom to do this,

You can let go of whatever you want to let go of.

Just take all that stuff out.

And are you willing to be free?

Cut the cord,

Notice it fly away and just feel the relief.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you,

Just giving thanks that you're so blessed.

You can breathe deeply again.

You can smile.

And as you go into your day,

You'll notice things don't worry you as much,

Don't bother you,

You become relaxed,

Even in stressful situations,

You're just relaxed,

Because the more you release these things from within,

The more you don't get stressed as much anymore.

So come back to this meditation as long as you like,

As many times as you want,

Keep releasing,

Keep letting go,

And you'll notice that your whole life becomes stress free.

Even in stressful situations,

You are stress free.

Let's just release one more time.

Put a little bit more in that balloon,

Just suck it all out,

Pull it all up into that balloon,

Any remaining stress for now.

Anything you don't want to feel,

Just put it in the balloon.

And when you're ready,

Cut the cord,

Notice the relief,

The peace.

And see yourself clearly,

Feel yourself to be someone who remains in peace,

Who can easily let things go.

That you go into your day with a state of peace,

A state of calm,

You become a radiant,

Relaxed person that helps everyone else remain relaxed and peaceful.

And whenever you feel you need to let go,

You can just let it go,

You can listen to this meditation again,

And it gets easier and easier and easier and easier each time you do it.

Letting go.
