The purpose of this meditation is to help you to experience emotional freedom by letting go of negative emotions.
You will feel that it's possible to release them with kindness regardless of what is happening in your life at the moment.

Let's start by finding a very comfortable position.
Close your eyes and breathe calmly,
Allowing the entire body to relax.
Breathing in,

And breathing out,

And a comfortable rhythm of your breath now.
You can feel that you are more relaxed and your attention is focused on the present moment.
There is nothing more important to do now than connect with your inner world.
It's okay to give yourself priority.
You deserve this moment.
If the mind wanders,
That's fine,
Just gently bring back your attention to your breath.
As you deeply connect with silence,
Notice how your mind is more peaceful and you are less distracted.
You are completely relaxed.
Within that space of relaxation,
Notice if any specific emotion emerge.
Perhaps you want to bring to mind the feeling that made you choose this meditation today.
It might be an uncomfortable emotion that is not yet familiar or an emotion that has been with you for a long time.
Perhaps what you feel doesn't even have a name or they are a combination of feelings.
It's all fine.
Let that emotion flow freely through your body without restrictions.
You are completely safe and aware of your emotions.
There is no need to judge any feeling or try to push them away.
You are completely safe.
If you are not feeling anything right now,
There is no problem.
I invite you to choose and focus on one specific negative emotion right now.
Try to listen to this emotion for a few moments.
What valuable messages does it bring to you?
Allow that feeling that you are listening carefully.
Note what situation,
People or place this negative emotion is associated with.
Breathe deeply and ask yourself in a very gentle way,
If you could let this emotion go with kindness,
Would you do it?
Let your heart answer.
What would happen if you let it go?
Who would you become without this feeling?
And if that person is wrong or that situation has been unsustainable,
Would you remove that weight from inside you and accept what cannot be changed?
Would you do that act of love for yourself,
For your emotional balance?
Can you feel some lightness wanting to arise in your heart?
Become the lightness that you deserve and release more of this emotion.
Maybe you'll be feeling a resistance to let this lightness arise.
If you are not willing to let it go,
Ask yourself,
What am I attached to?
What about gently letting go of your attachments and make space for your inner peace?
Visualize this negative emotion in front of you.
Look at it in a detached way and notice that it is not scary anymore.
It is a messenger from your inner world and you are now aware of this truth.
You can carefully let this feeling go a little bit more now.
Now is your moment of power.
Let go of the concept of right and wrong and enjoy your emotional freedom.
Take with you the powerful spiritual truth that when you free yourself,
You also free those around you.
Take a deep breath and surrender another little piece of this negative emotion.
Feel your heart lighter.
Slowly start bringing your awareness to the physical space that you are in.
Start moving your hands and feet and gently open your eyes whenever you are ready.
