Transcript

Allow your eyes to comfortably close.

And breathe out in a long sigh down the full length of your body.

Allowing your body to soften and release what it's brought with it here and no longer needs to carry.

As you do so,

Say the words,

I am loved.

I am valued.

I have worth.

All is well.

Come down into your body's weight and the movements of your breath.

The sensation as air enters and leaves.

Allowing the breath to slow down in its own time.

As you let that happen,

Allow your attitude towards yourself to soften.

Let it become kinder,

Warmer.

Let kindness in around you.

All the way around you.

Let it surround your body.

And surround your mind.

Allow it to surround the you inside.

As you say the words,

I am loved.

Love is here with me now.

I am loved.

Breathe the loving kindness in and out on your breath.

Loving kindness here with you now.

As the whole of you softens into deeper resting.

Deeper sleeping.

As you say the words,

I am loved.

All is well.

All shall be well.

And all manner of things shall be well.

The weight of your body supported.

Becoming heavier and softer with each out breath.

Surrounded by loving kindness.

As you say the words,

I am loved.

I can rest now.

The weight of your head supported.

Becoming heavier and softer with each out breath.

Surrounded by loving kindness.

As you say the words,

I am loved.

I am supported.

Your mind heavier and softer with each out breath.

Surrounded by kindness.

Softening and letting go into sleeping.

As you say the words,

I am loved.

I can sleep now.

Your neck and shoulders surrounded by kindness.

Softening and letting go into sleeping.

Your arms and hands surrounded by kindness.

Softening and letting go into sleeping.

Your upper and lower back surrounded by beautiful kindness.

Softening and letting go into sleeping now.

Every part of you surrounded by the beauty of kindness.

Softening and letting go as you say the words,

I am loved.

I am safe.

Your chest and belly surrounded by kindness.

Softening and letting go into sleeping.

Your legs and feet softening and letting go in their own way.

Every level of your being surrounded by your nest of beautiful kindness.

Softening and letting go into deep rest.

Deep sleep.

This meditation is so comforting! When I wake up in the middle of the night & cant get back to sleep I pop in my earbuds and put this meditation on repeat. It never fails to relax me and put me back to sleep. All of Linda's meditations are wonderful!
