Generous To Me

Just being here in this mind-body being is the most incredible gift of magnificence. As we honour our being in this life journey, we have the opportunity to expand our consciousness and also know that this form is giving us the reflection so see, hear, feel and experience ourselves and life around us. The greatest gift I can give this existence is to be the light that I am. I agree to stop, allow, and surrender the burdens that I have been carrying along.

50 years ago today I was born.
One year ago today I began practicing daily meditation. And I can honestly say that I have learned and grown more in the last year that in the first 49 years of my life. And you have been a huge, huge part of my journey. The words you spoke today, from beginning in the dark tangled wood to stepping into the light to being a light on the path... you encapsulated my entire journey through this last year. What a beautiful, refilling, realigning reminder that our only job is to be the light! I absolutely loved holding the space and bringing light to our ancestors in their times of greatest darkness. There is so much beauty in these spaces!
