Welcome to Jow Your Mind. My name is Joey and today we are going to do a guided affirmation on being in the light. So just listen to my words and maybe close your eyes and imagine your light as I read. This is great for a morning meditation affirmation. Today I will be in the light. I will see light all around me. In nature. In people. And in myself. Today I will feel the light. And it will bring lightness to my mind. Lightness to my every step. And lightness to my healthy body. All is well. And all is light. I let go of any doubt, Fear, Or darkness. And welcome in only light. I give light today. I receive light today. I am light. And all is well. And I feel light in my heart. I feel light in my mind. And I feel light in my healthy body. And I let go of anything that does not feel light. I release and let go of any tension. And I feel the lightness in my heart. And I feel the lightness in my mind. And I feel the lightness in my body. I let go. And allow light to shine in me. I let go. And allow light to shine through me. I let go. And allow light to shine all around me. And I am one with this light. And all is well. And I am light. I am light hearted. I am light in mind. And I am light in my perfect body. And only light energy comes to me today. And only light energy fuels my body today. And only light energy flows through me today. And all is well. I feel the power of light all around me. I feel the power of light shining through me. I feel the power of light that is within me. And I take this light with me all day today. I am in harmony with this light. I am the light. And my heart is filled with light. And my body moves in light. And my mind chooses to be in and with this light. And all is well. And I let go of all tension and heaviness. Releasing it and allowing in and around me only light. Today I am light. I am light hearted. Light minded. And moving as one with light in every step. With every decision. And in every feeling. Today is a day of light. I choose light. And I am light. And it feels powerful to be light. And to be full of light. And to give light. And all is well. I am healthy in my heart. I am healthy in my mind. And I am healthy in body. Because light fuels me. And light energizes me. And all is well. And today is a brilliant day. And it is full of light. And I am full of light. And I am light. .
