Resonating with the solution.
This meditation is based upon the teachings and research of Dr.

As well as karmic healer John Jones,
And other processes of hypnosis,
Healing and meditation that we've integrated into this specific practice.
Oftentimes,
We will find ourselves within the prison of our own minds,
Resonating with our problems,
With the emotions and thoughts of our problems,
And unable in this state to find a solution to our problem,
Because our vibration is resonating with the problem and not the solution.
This meditation will help you elevate your state of emotion so that you can start resonating with the solution and therefore draw the solution to you.
So let's begin by finding a comfortable place where you can either sit or lay down and relax your body.
Once you're comfortable,
Close your eyes and let your body relax.
Let go.
Take a couple of inhales through your nose,
Exhaling out of your mouth.
Breathing in relaxation,
Openness,
Lightness.
Breathing out stress,
Anxiety,
Contraction and tension from your physical body.
As you relax more and more,
You find that your body opens.
Your mind becomes more quiet.
And you find this state of calm,
Peace,
Soft,
Gentle energy running through your body.
Continuously intending to relax more,
To open more,
Coming back to the breath,
To the body,
As relaxed as you can,
Every time that you find yourself either going into thinking or dancing.
Relaxing more,
Opening more,
Expanding.
Now while remaining in a state of calm,
Peace,
Expansion,
Relaxation,
Bring about a situation that you've found to be problematic,
A perceived problem in your life right now.
Something that brings about disempowering thoughts,
Negative emotions.
And while intending to remain open,
Expanded and relaxed,
Let those various thoughts and emotions come to the surface.
Become aware of them.
The thoughts associated with this situation,
This perceived problem,
The emotions that arise as a result of those thoughts or the emotions associated with this perceived problem.
Observe those emotions and those thoughts and their interplay.
How they feed off each other,
How they reinforce each other.
The cycle of those thoughts and emotions like a loop playing out.
And while becoming aware of them,
See if you can remain detached,
Not reactive to those thoughts,
To those emotions,
Simply noticing what is coming up for you and how you experience it,
How you experience it in your body,
How it feels.
Now feel,
Visualize or imagine all those thoughts,
All those emotions slowly becoming more and more distant from you,
Moving into space,
Outside of your body,
Further and further away from you.
As you feel or see them moving away from you,
They lose their grasp,
Their pull,
They lose their magnitude,
They become smaller and smaller and smaller.
Watch them disappear,
Watch them merge back into the field of consciousness,
No longer associated with you,
No longer tied to you,
No longer a part of you or your experience.
And become aware of your body in space.
Feel the energy of space within you and all around you.
And as you feel the energy of space around you,
To the front,
To the back,
To the sides,
You expand in space.
Feeling the space within and all around you.
As you continue to expand in space,
Bring your awareness to your heart in space.
And feel the energy in the space of your heart in space.
And feel the energy all around your heart in space.
Breathing through the space of your heart.
Connecting and feeling your heart in space.
Breathing and feeling.
Feeling and breathing.
Expanding in space.
Experiencing yourself,
One with your soul,
One with the field,
The infinite field of consciousness all around you.
Aware that you're aware in this infinite space.
Coming over of this field.
This field that comprises everybody,
Everyone,
Everything,
Everywhere,
Every time.
And begin to connect in this field to what it will feel like to be free from this problem.
How you might feel.
The emotions you might feel.
Connecting to one,
Two,
Three different emotions one by one that you will feel.
When your perceived problem is resolved.
When you resonate with the solution to any problem that you feel you have.
How will you feel?
Can you connect to the energy of that emotion in the field and feel it completely?
What is that emotion?
What is that energy?
Get to know it completely.
Get to feel it.
Connect to it.
Embody it.
And bring that energy of that emotion into the present moment,
Into your body right now.
Feeling it completely.
Becoming it.
Becoming one with it.
Nourishing with it.
Being it.
Feel it filling your body from head to toes.
Recalibrating your body.
Changing its energy,
Its vibration.
Anchor it,
Integrate it in your system.
Know it by heart.
Connecting to the energy of joy or of bliss.
By being a piece of love.
And being fully present with it.
One with it.
Being it.
Become the energy of that emotion.
Feel it running through your body.
Feeling each and every cell of your body.
With this joy,
This bliss,
This peace,
This love.
Or any other energies you want to feel.
Experience it.
Commit.
Be one with it.
Be it.
Bringing back this energy into your body now in the present moment.
Feeling good.
Relaxed.
Open.
Found it in your body.
Becoming aware of the space that you're in.
Becoming aware of the space of your body.
This body that is now connected to the energy of those elevated emotions.
Your body that is resonating with the solution.
One with it.
Feeling safe.
Feeling loved.
Feeling whole.
And allowing for this energy,
This vibration to fill the entire space all around you.
To fill your life,
Your relationships,
Your home.
To fill your energy,
Fill.
So that everywhere you go,
Whatever you do,
Whatever you say,
Whatever you feel,
Think,
Is infused with that energy,
That emotion.
In complete resonance with the solution to any past perceived problem.
So that the ideas,
The thoughts,
The emotions,
The energy that will bring about resolution to any perceived problem are present,
Available.
And everything resolves itself with ease,
With flow,
With peace.
And when you're ready in this state of internal congruence,
Resonance,
Integration with your higher self,
With elevated states of emotion,
Begin to slowly deepen your breath.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
