In this lesson I will have connecting and exploring your physical body and the practices and every day activities that you can do to support your best physical health. We all know how important supporting our physical health is but we don't usually think about how interconnected this pillar is to the other areas of us, until now.

We All Have Mental Health
In this lesson we break down what could be possible for you in supporting your mental health. Every single one of us has mental health and we need to nurture it, as it is a core component of what makes us, us. Be ready to learn your way through supporting your mental health.

Your Spiritual Awakening
In this lesson, you will be taken on the journey of awakening to your spiritual health. Across society we rarely talk about spiritual health as being a core part of our whole health and we can often perceive it as "woo-woo". As you work through this lesson you will recognise how spiritual health is the essence of who you are and how you live your life.

Emotional Health is Paramount
In this lesson you will learn and connect with the power of your emotional health in supporting your whole health. Our positive connections and relationships play a big part in our whole health and can either support or hinder our best life and best health. You will discover what your emotional health can do for you and ways that you can harness positive relationships to support you.

It's Time To Live Your Best Life
In this final lesson you will be able to bring all of your learning together as you are inspired through journaling. Self reflection and an exploratory practice enables you to truly connect with where you are, where you want to be and what may be possible for you. Grab your pen, paper and take a mindful moment to be at one with your whole self.
