You'll learn how to release people-pleasing and elevate self-esteem paving the way for a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Guided Meditation For Raising Self-Esteem And Self Worth
The final lesson is a guided meditation for raising self-esteem and self-worth. While in a deeply relaxed state, you will listen to affirmations and suggestions that will elevate the feelings that will reduce people-pleasing and elevate feelings of self-belief. For maximum benefit listen to this meditation at least once a day for the next 21-30 days. The more you listen the quicker you will get a result.
