Hello, this is a short meditation that you can make at any time of the day. A simple way for you to "reset" and release any kind of tension you might be feeling today. Hope you all enjoy it for it was made with love. In this "One-minute meditation" series, you will see that it's possible to center your mind in a very short time. Practicing small meditations is great for beginners, soon you will be able to center your mind for longer periods of time. Music: Bensound

Transcript

Welcome to one minute simply meditating.

Sit quietly in a chair with your feet touching the ground.

Adjust your spine so it's aligned,

Eyes closed.

And taking a deep breath,

Release any tension from your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your tongue,

The muscles from around the eyes.

Feel your body sink in the chair below it.

Feel that it's safe for you to relax.

Be grateful for allowing yourself this moment of self-love.
