Welcome to one minute simply meditating.

Sit quietly in a chair with your feet touching the ground.

Adjust your spine so it's aligned,

Eyes closed.

Taking a deep breath,

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Do this three times,

Paying attention to the movement of your body as you breathe.

Visualize your organs receiving a massage as you let the breathing be fluid and gentle.

Be grateful for allowing yourself this moment of self love.
